IMO, if your g/f wants to run a sarms cycle, have her run the same thing my female clients run: 10mgs Cardarine (they pyramid up to 20 at times) and a light S-4 dosage (under 25mgs). I found females had no side effects from the cycle and loved it, with proper diet the fat loss was awesome.

bro, i have had so many female clients use s4 as well as seen many take it on multiple forums and the only problem i ever see complained about is the yellow tint... she will be fine as long as she does not abuse the dosing... run it properly and you are good to go... have her run this...

From the article on S4 it says that if you go over 50mg and don't follow a 5 on 2 off protocol and you don't get vision sides then your S4 is of poor quality. I have been ruining sarms1 ED at 100mg for 8 weeks and I have 0 vision side effects.

The vision sides effect everyone differently. Some people will get the sides at even a low dose where others (like me) get minimal vision effects at high doses. I can run 100mg no problem.

That's why asessing your tolerance with slow increases each week are so important when you first try S4

I got up to 80 mg ED and have had slight yellow tint. Everything was back to normal upon discontinued use.

There is no set number, it goes by genetics.Some people get no vision sides even at 100mg ed and others will get it at a much lower dosage.

You will see no results with 5mg bro.. so I say S4 for sure. Truthfully if you want to have a comparable product to Var... Then supplement oxandrovar for the Var and stack out with S4.. that right there, is a mean combo. Check out my log on oxandrovar
