The EF 20% Discount Code at RxHealthDrugs is working again. I tested it out personally. It shows the discount on the next screen after you click "checkout".

Their shipping delays are getting worked out as well, and people are getting their products now.

Have you tried contacting them? Send a support ticket? PM a rep? They will give you tracking info. If you have tried these things and still haven't gotten your tracking info, PM me and I can contact them and get the info for you.

You know, some people just like to complain. They aren't happy unless they have something to complain about. Then they won't even accept help when someone offers it to them. Not saying this is you...or that other guy, but...

This guy hasn't PM'd me yet, and he's still online. I can't imagine why he hasn't since he was obviously so upset about his situation and (I would imagine) would want any help he could get to solve his issue. I guess he hasn't sent a support ticket yet, nor has he PM'd the rep. That must be it. Those are the steps you take instead of posting about it on the boards. If Rx doesn't even know there's a problem, how are they supposed to fix it??

If you haven't sent a support ticket and PM'd a rep, you shouldn't be posting about a problem on the forum. The fair thing to do is to give the sponsor the opportunity to know there is a problem, investigate the problem, then take steps to fix the problem. The shitty thing to do is not do any of that, then post about your problems crying that nobody has done anything about it.

If this doesn't apply to you, then disregard, and PM me.

My product has supposedly been shipped over six weeks ago and that is fine, but no support tickets answered and now they are removed from their site. hmmmm. 20% of nothing = a negative number.

These maybe complains, but unfortunately they are also facts!

Do you ever check your junk mail folder? I would say MOST TIMES the emails from their support team end up in junk mail folders.

I've seen several times where people start threads and complain, bitch, piss and moan that they aren't getting emails back from support...then when someone tells them to check their junk mail folder...there they are! Every email was answered but the replies went to the person's junk mail and they never knew.

Check that first. Keep in mind that a lot of junk mail folders automatically delete mails that are 30 days old (or whatever the default setting is).
 
well guys... figured id let you know that i finally got my order today... it took 45 days but i got it...i figured i owed it to rx and the board to let everyone know that i received my order... still took far too long but the important part is that i did get it!

Once RX ships it ,it is no longer in their hands so it's not their fault that it took so long!
 
There's been a few things that have happened lately that have made things change in the way int'l packs are handled. Rx is figuring out how to work within the new system to make things better for everyone. Things should start improving, so I wouldn't rule them out for your future needs. Their prices alone are worth the wait...just plan ahead.
 
I ordered 42 days ago and have not received anything, no communication, no box, no customs letter. I have hit them up 3 times, and had no response, checked my spam box and everything. hit them up again today, as well as contacted a rep.. hope my stuff gets here soon too!
