RX help please?

Hey i have ordered from rx 3 times the first 2 came in within 3 weekns no probs the last one was about 2 months but still it came now i placed my order and wghen i go login too my account there its saying no results !! i have recieved one email saying that they recieved my order and thats it when i go on their site theres no record of it what is going on here and they deleted my first ticket when i asked for help and they have not replied and when i did live service all they say m,y order is not lost check back in 24 hours but its still amkign no sense this never happneed and my order is not in their computer so i dunno whats goign on am i getting scammed here can somone please help me here !!!i just lost a nice loss to bg so help would be appriciated

bro just calm down. there are tons of things that could have gone wrong on their end, ie one of their systems went down. if they told you to check back in 24 hours just be patient

Order history showed no sign of my order either, which concerned me...but did receive it this past weekend...So don't know if they had to purge the system or what...
