What's going on, my brothers...
Some of you are aware I've had some crazy crap happenning to me last fall when I found out that my wife was cheating. Well, in two weeks I lost 20 lbs and went down to 167... Thank you for all your support and advice... I got divorced... Life is GOOD!!! I've dated about 20 girls since New Years...
Hell yeah!
Well, I am doing Fina at 75 ed and Deca (yellow caps) at 400 a week and dbol was for first four weeks at 40 mgs a day...
Eat like a mofo, lots of Kippered Snacks (damn it, they have 18 g's of protein and cost 78 cents at Wal-Mart! and cans are small!)
But trying to keep my diet clean...
I am back at 183, bf is about 5%... Life is GOOD!!!

I try to eat lots of sea food (expensive though) and fish...
I'm from Vladivostok. About six years ago. Now I don't even have any family in States. Don't even care if I have to go any place to live. But I do have to get out of this hole where I am at now... cowboy country is good, but getting sick of it now...:D
If that crap with divorce and depression wouldn't have happened I would have been at my goal by now at 195-200, but I have time, will get there soon... Wanna keep my bf down too...

I think I misunderstood something... I have NEVER had problems with sides (exept when I overabused prohormones a while ago)... No matter how much I run (ran up to 1.5 gs of test a week)... Genetics, my friend...
For your satisfaction I can take a full pic of my nips...
I don't even run L-dex from Huck's guy much anymore. Don't have a need for it... Proud of it...
So, shut the hell up...

Are you from Russia? I was there for a month last year. Awesome freaking place. Loved it. I just recently started getting into gear, and wish I had looked around to get some while I was there.

Andy, what the hell! Haven't seen you for a long time now... I tried to reach my friend, but all with no results. Now it makes sense whas up... He was a one of the coolest and fastest bros I worked with... Damn... Too sad...

Well, with kippered snacks... There is herrin (fish) in there... Little freaking can (2 X 4 inches maybe), but PACKED with protein... Hell yeah... Two slices of dark bread (10 gs of protein) plus one little can of snack (18 gs of protein) gives 28 gs of protein for the cost of around 98 cents... Can't beat that... And it's in oil, very healthy. When I discovered that at Wal Mart by accident, I bought a damn BOX of it... Just quick snacks during the day - 5 snacks (almost 5 bux at cost) gives 140 gs a day! F..k yeah!

Serge is right about genetics... It took me a good cycle to find out that everything is cool with not using l-dex...

Papucho, you know, man, I don't know I might show up one day over there... Have no family in states anymore... just can go where ever I want and do whatever the heck I want... Thought of going to Airforce though as an officer... but we will see...

I think genetics are big part of this whole picture, I think... But truth is on cycles I don't eat much of crap food, but low carb, high protein foods (for example, kippered snack that I talk so much about doesn't contain any carbs, none, but 18 gs of protein)...
Off cycles I eat everything that doesn't move or used to moved... And don't gain much at all, at least my bf stays down...
But I'm quite religious about food on cycle... And lots of water... I mostly drink bag (lipton) tea - couple of gallons a day...

Russian- You did the same thing with last year's cycle too... turned a mass cycle into a hardening cycle. Fuck Bro... it wouldn't matter what I use with it... Deca gives me a big swollen pumpkin head! I could never look hard like that with Deca. Good job Russian... you look great! Hard as NAILS.

There're a few things that stand out from Russian's cycle last summer... one of those things in particular was his diet. Very clean with LOTS of protein and calories.

Russian- post up you diet from both cycles Bro.

Sorry to hear bro, Same type shit happened to me, I was sick with it for about a year. I got over it, but felt much better when I beat that P&$$Y's ass, in front of my ex. The best was she was mad at me for it, but I think it turned her on, cause she start callin' me and wantin' to apologize and shit. I should have hit it once more now that I think of it, then played her but Fuck it. I did the math and its simple algebra, 1 Beating = Total Satisfaction

F yeah, i am vascular as hell too. I started of vascular as hell now towards the end of my sust 500 ever 4-5 days/deca 250 every 4-5 days cycle i am even more vascular. AND now bloating or anything went from between 155-160 to between 180-185 not sure exact weight diffrent scales at the gym show slightly diffrent weight.

Thinking about a little fina/test/eq cycle for my second cycle. I wanna hit around 210.

Ohh and right now at 5'8" i look pretty big at 180 but i can't wait to break 200 and i hope to keep my bf% around 5-6 when i break 200.

LMAO@ Serges Russian Genetic comment. When someone asked me how I got so big at a young age, I tell them it's the Russian genetics. I leave out the vial of test in my closet, and all the food i eat. :P

I started my cycle with 170 (I lost a lot due to depression during first two weeks of divorce), now up in four weeks at 183-185. No bloat, no sides (have some acne though, those little fu..rs will pop up you give them a chance).

It is a very simple, no sweat diet. And works out to be in the ball park of 25-30 bux a week... I am on the budget and finally figured out good food that is easy on my pocket (my new truck payments are different story :)
I end up purchasing Pro-Rated protein powder from allsportsnutrition.com where 10 lbs of good (hell yeah) protein powder was 38 bux.
Genetics are part of it, but not everything... I remember eating a bunch of crap food (pizzas, big max) on one of my cycles and my bf was around 8-9%. Now it is 5. So, go figure if this diet works for me or not... I think it does...
 
I seriously am thankful that I am Russian. I have good height, able to add muscle easily, etc.

Still though, I've yet to go there. My grandparents came here for hope of a better life. Things weren't too good there at the time. One day I will be there though, one day :)
 
one more bump for genetics. I gained 30lbs on my first cycle no water weight vascular as hell skin nice and tight. Before the cycle i was still putting on mass pretty good and had low bf% my whole life. As for the height comment i am only 5'8" i wouldn't mind another 2 inches. Russian genes are the shit :D

same can be said about most of the europe, women are much hotter (for the most part), nightlife is much much wilder, plust people as a whole are much more open and friendly
