So, I'm now training for my first 15K (10 Mile) race which is going to be April 2. I've been training for about 2 weeks now, running between 1 and 3 miles 5 days a week. My mileage ups a little at at a time, so eventually, I'll be up to 8 miles right before race day. I can totally see a difference already which is great BUT, I don't know if it's just me, but my cellulite appears to be more noticeable than ever before!
I did my measurements recently, and I'm pretty sure I've lost fat due to a decrease in my measurements. Of course, I've always had some cellulite that I've been battling to get rid of, but it was mainly on the back of my legs. Now, it looks like there's cellulite on my quads. What's the deal?
Does this have anything to do with running?
