RS-Transderm Cycle Log w/ pics

So I finally got my free RS-Transderm bottle, Thank you needto & hurricane!

I'm about to start using it so let me start by putting my stats first:

State: all natural
Age: 27
Weight: 82Kg
Height: 186cm
Years Training: 2
Bodyfat %: No freaking idea but I would say somewhere between 11-13% I can see my abs most of the day and even some striations on my obliques bottom ab veins are visible which for me happens around 10%



my diet is somewhere between 2200 calories to 3000 a day I'm currently cutting I dont count calories but I go as how I feel and see in the mirror I dont pay as much attention to the scale as it fluctuate too much anyway but usually I weigh in after my cardio this gets the water weight out of the way for most part.

I won't be changing my diet on this run unless I see a need to depending on how I feel.

the cycle will be 4 weeks and no PCT I really want to feel how this stuff works as a natural boost but I do have unleashed/Post Cycle on hand if needed.


here is some pics taken today, the back shot is a few months older but I'm like half an inch more since then and leaner looks almost same anyway

So this is the second day the transderm is very easy to apply and dries in like 5 seconds. smells like lemon too.

dont really feel anything yet but I've noticed 2 things:

1. I'm feeling more dry than usual I drank almost 2 gallons of water while my intake is like 1-1.5 gallon a day didn't need to pee that much either.

2. although it was not a lifting day I felt pumped more than usual after my cardio (swimming) so call me crazy but I felt harder and fuller than usual for some reason but well the water thing might explain this too.


I did feel a slight craving but that could be easily my workout, nothing out of control anyway.

for some reason I didn't sleep as long as I should I'm on 6th week of my cutting phase and usually I've troubles getting awake in the morning but today I was like up 3 hours earlier and time felt longer by then while in bed. dont feel really rested but dont feel that tired either. will keep an eye on this.


today training legs, so lets put the pump thing to the test !
 
Thank you but I doubt it I was much more vascular at 9% been there before!

trust me bro you are around 9%...i do a lot BF measurements...i know there are 1-2% margin of error in the measurements...but having abs shining all day usually is under 10% BF...

if you have been much more vascular maybe you where around 7% not 9% like you think...:supercool

well that's the thing I'm not even checking nor I really care I just go with how I look and feel. it's better to ignore the scales for a while and focus on whats working for me.
 
So it's 3rd day still not feeling anything unusual no mood or libido enhancements yet got a better sleep today but hell of nightmares.

yesterday was legs and it went ok I didn't really go heavy as it was my light weight week and I like to do very different type of training on those like weighted jump squats with very little rest and I felt a slight more energy than usual.

there is def something going on in the pump department but not that I get a better pump but noticed I do get a better burn and I stay pumped for longer we will see anyway.

still feeling more thirsty than usual although it's cool now here, been drinking like 2 gallons a day now for the past 2 days now. walking around with like 6 more pounds but who cares.


today I'll be training chest.
 
one thing I'm wondering about though how long before taking a shower or go swimming after applying the transderm ? right now I'm trying to apply it first thing in the morning and that's like 3 hours away from my swimming sessions so just wondering if that's an issue.
 
chest training done. up 15lb from last week which is unexpected I've been struggling keeping my lifts up because of the diet so there must be something going on.

oh and I feel whipped like a lifting virgin I feel aches everywhere for some reason even my traps dang seems like I gonna have a bitch of DOMS the next few days.
 
hmmmm there def something going on I'm retaining nutrients and feeling muscles very full and vascular after meals.

no mood or libido changes yet although I feel excited with how full my muscles feel now.
 
ok 4th day and 3rd restless sleep night in a row there is something going on. I feel hot when I get to bed and have troubles sleeping and it's been cold here the past few days I didn't even notice that unless I checked the temperature I always felt like it's hot.

so I'm running hotter and having troubles sleeping

ok 5th day. Slept like a baby finally! got over 11 hours of sleep as I was deprived.

still feeling muscles full than usual and fat around bottom abs tightening up a bit too but I'm on a cut, I look very dry which is awesome !
 
6th day:

- slept well.
- no mood or libido changes yet.
- still feeling muscles fuller than usual.
- I can feel I pushed myself harder the past few days given that I'm sore all around.
 
i'm on my 6th day of rs-transaderm also... Is showering necessary before application? I usually shower at nighttime
 
it would be best to shower yes gets oil and dead cells off your skin leaving bores ready, also if your using hot water it will open the bores.

just do a test and put some capsaicin cream on unclean skin vs hot and clean skin. see the difference for yourself you are gonna feel burned by the capsaicin in the 2nd scenario.

well to sum it up for you any conditions that open skin bores that including light sweating will do the trick and cleaning the skin before hand is just common sense !
 
7th day:

pretty much the same

- no mood or Libido changes yet.
- still feeling muscles fuller than usual.
 
Give me fuel, give me fire! I just had an awesome back training.

insane pump and strength. hit it for over an hour but felt like nothing and I could go on forever. didn't really deadlift due to a minor injury but weighted chins was much much easier than last week and I got all pumped and bicips was ripping the sleeves that means it got +1 inch at least as the shirt is like 17" and my arms are 16.5.


I'm also growing hungrier everyday now, but I'm not really feeding it since I'm on a cut. I didn't really notice any fatigue or burnout yet although I'm training 7 days a week be it lifting or swimming now. usually I back off when I feel I'm burning out or just feed it abit if I feel hungry. a bit more carbs usually do the trick.

I do not stick to a fixed calorie intake in anyway but I load up at least 2 days a week which usually fuels me well during the rest of the days and it seems to be working well for me I just go with how hungry I feel and how fast do I feel hungry again after each meal if I'm hungry all the time means I'm cutting too much and will probably burn out and if I feel full till my next meal and don't have an appetite for it means I'm doing it too much the 2nd part doesn't usually happen unless I increase my calorie intake for few days doesn't happen from the first day no matter how much I eat specially if I've been on a long cut.
 
8th day:

- not feeling any different mood or libido wise.
- muscles are still full.
- slightly bloated without any obvious reasons (didn't carb/sodium load or change my diet really) but who cares.

- well you may have guessed it, my lats are on fire from yesterdays workout.

it's been 1 week so I'm going to take a few pictures in a few will keep taking them weekly so you can see how it's going.
 
and here are your pics of the week as said earlier I'm retaining more water than usual so you might notice less definition from last week but don't care anyway ;)
 
thanks! training all out at the moment gonna travel in Dec and will be off for at least 2 weeks will make for a nice recovery from the brutal workouts I'm doing now.

8th day:

- not feeling any different mood or Libido wise.

- less bloating today so guess my body is adjusting.

trained legs today felt pretty good 300LB on back squats. going lighter than usual due to my back injury.

thinking to add some creatine it's about the time I usually add it into my cut to sustain the workouts although this time I don't feel any burn out at all. what you think ?

today gonna train chest lets see if the strength gonna be better than last week.
 
just finished chest training strength is same like last week but can't expect it to jump quickly out of the blue to be honest.

one thing I noticed I'm more aggressive today though I'm getting irritated at the small things noticed it at the gym as there was a dickhead that almost dropped a 65 dumbell on my foot while he was doing db bench presses with a very outstretched shoulders I mean his elbows was past his head, when I told him to tuck in his elbows a bit more he just said "I know what I'm doing". I just left him without a word but felt really pissed thats when I realized the negative energy anyway went back to my bench and channeled it at the weights :P he can suck my rocket later I guess
 
feel like poking somebody's eyes out !

it's my Cardio day and can't swim since the pool maintenance wont be finished until a couple of days so I did circuits combined with walking up and down the stairs for over an hour felt like nothing. usually I would be whipped by the end of such a workout I just felt my legs a bit tired due to the jump squats with 110LB on my back.


- I feel pumped and hard today specially around my shoulders.
- I noticed I dont get any soreness at all now.
- feel more aggressive than usual.

day 12:

- muscles full.
- no change in mood or libido that I feel of.
- Better stamina on my cardio workouts.
 
thank you. been feeding for 3 days now feeling interesting right now. all pumped but feel harder than any other time.

not feeling any different at all. friends thought I look bigger @ the Halloween party so that must mean something lol.

Legs day! it hurts :(

350 squats today x 20 reps so def stronger. makes me feel that my conditioning sucks. otherwise it's been fun
 
hmm it's getting harder to get out of bed although I sleep 8+ hours everyday. I sleep pretty well and I do not feel tired during the day but I always seem to need abit more sleep and find it hard to get up now.

Just found this site, but I'm a pharma rep that promotes a topical testosterone and is now taking one. I'm a lifter looking to maximize my use. To answer you question, all FDA-approved topical gel testosterone products currently on the market list studies in their prescribing information showing that the patient gets nearly all of the dose in the first two hours post application. Maybe that is similar to your product?

But, only about 90% of the testosterone is ever absorbed through the skin, so PLEASE don't expose children through direct skin to skin contact as this can cause pubic hair growth, enlarged genitalia, etc. (Very frightening to see a 4-yr old with a full bush...) Also, the testosterone is active UNTIL YOU WASH IT OFF WITH SOAP AND WATER, no matter how long ago it was applied. It takes very little to affect a child, so be careful if you have kids in the house. it really depends on the formula some are designed for time release specially patches some are just absorbed right after application given the conditions are right for it. as the case with any transdermal absorption is expected to be not 100%

Oh, my bad, I had it reversed. Actually the figure is that only 10% is absorbed through the skin in topical gels, leaving about 90% on the skin until washed off with soap and water. At least this is true with the 1% and 2% concentrations such as androgel, testim, axiron, and fortesta. Sorry for the confusion.

Do you see any benefit to timing the application so plasma concentration (Cmax) would be highest around the time of the post-workout meal?

Would there be any benefit to halving the daily dose and taking half in the morning and half at night before bed?
 
I only apply once in the morning after shower. I didn't try to split or apply in late afternoon hours because I got insomnia for the first 3 days I used it I really like my ZzZzzzz time.
 
ok I got few zits not sure if it's related but it's cold right now and I rarely get any.

I'm not sure why I'm not getting hungry either I'm sure I felt something the first few days but now it's just normal.
 
I'm feeling slightly over trained and burned out so I will back off the next 2 days to recover I've been hitting it for almost 3 weeks now non stop with higher intensity than ever.
 
today is the second day I take off to recover since I felt I was over training I've increased my calories as well this seems to do the trick when over training sets in next week will be lighter as well.

but man I feel sore all around specially my legs, lats and tricips although I didn't train my legs for almost a week now.

I know it's time for pics but since I'm loading on carbs right now for recovery I'm bloated so I'll take the pics in a few days.
 
still alive and going strong now that I had almost a week at very slow pace to recover man I think I was over training although I didn't feel like it. now I can feel I wake up well rested and libido is insane.


been only swimming the past couple of days but I feel much stronger through my swim sets !

back training day my lats are like few inches bigger because of the pump (insane) and feel like they are on fire, literally they are very hot !
 
feeling good today and weather is fantastic. it's this time where I should take pics I've dropped alot of the water weight I was holding through last week so pics should be ok today.

this will be the finale for the cycle which I will finish in few days. after that I will be writting a final review.

3rd day after stopping the transderm and so far dont feel any crash no mood changes or strength/stamina loss.
 
today I've felt it's harder to get out of bed although I slept an additional hour.

I'm shedding water and look more defined now but seems that the transderm was converting to E as well which was causing abit of bloating although most of it was intramuscular.

didn't hit the gym yet so no idea about my strength yet but my cardio workout and stamina swimming doesn't seem to be affected.

feeling better today.

I dont feel my muscles as full as I was on the transderm nor getting near that pump at the gym but strength still the same.
 
it's been 1 week I'm off now with no PCT and I feel perfectly fine and my stamina is over the roof yesterday I was late and wanted to squeez my cardio in 30 mins bu ended up doing a hell of a session that included going up stairs for 14 flights and jump lunging / squatting between each 2 for 30 ending up on the top with 3 sets of pushups and core exercises usually I'm fried by the end but it felt like nothing really then later at night I went to my swimming and hell my coach couldn't keep up with me.

I'm not sure why I'm getting this endurance jolt now but it feels nice.

- I'm still feeling it's harder than usual getting out of bed.

- my Libido isn't the way it should be but again it was insane on the transderm specially at the end guess I'm just used to that now and not happy with my normal self anymore. still functioning very well anyway I just dont feel that turned on.

Thank you! I haven't ran any gear before though so the standalone transderm seemed appealing plus it was offered by needtobuildmuscles.com for free for logging/reviewing purposes.
 
slighty burned out. seems only normal after the brutal 3 days I've spent on Cardio and swimming. time to feed it a bit now while keeping the pace down a bit.

Winter is depressing I'm missing sun light and warm weather it takes forever to warmup now ! this will change in 2 weeks though as I'm travelling!
