I have a lot of mean shit I could say about Ross, and I probably should. Its easy to sit here and talk shit behind a PC. But I gotta give it to Ross, the guy has been posting pics of his physique and showing his face since day one... You gotta give him respect for putting his face where his posts are... Thats one thing you can't say about many of his challengers.
Even if the guys doesn't know anything as you all say, and is just blessed with good genetics. The Dude is fucking jacked!

I have to agree with you there bro. I have seen some recent pics on another site of a well know bro around here who gives out advice and dame he was out of shape. I think the saying practice what you preach goes hand in hand with giving out advice. Ross is jacked so he must be doing something right. After seeing his myspace pics, i might just have to open my ears a little to his advice. JMO

i agree, i think everybody deserves a second chance then, especially for holy ghost.. its been kinda dead in alot of the forums here especially in the weightlifting forums. Ross does give good advice on weight lifting..

Agreed especially as Ross was warned and continued to break rules etc even signing up under new names and PM members to join other boards where he was post being banned.

All for people having second or even third chance but if that is the case then it should apply to all

i've seen way more good guys get banned here than bad guys and now theres a discussion about letting one of the worse back on here. unbelievable........hehe. guy was a fucking moron. might have decent genetics and deep pockets for lotsa juice but comon, the shit he would say on here was ridiculous.

holy ghost did post some good shit, however the gangbang bullshit on a steroid forum was really uncalled for. can't stand that 2nd grade shit. i see him on other boards talking his shit about 18g of gear per week but never posts a picture ever.

Claims to be on 6 plus grams of gear and weighs as quoted by him "187 lbs" but yet on outlaw he is claiming to be getting good gains from androgenerator which is a product pushed by Ross. cant get over 187 on 6 grams of gear, but makes gains off of androG, wake up!
