And you need to realize that good back is as important as good arms and chest. The last 18 or so Mr O's were won because of good back development.

No the last 18 Mr. O's all won because they had a Weider contract.

Ronnie looked fat..Ronnie once again shouldn't have won. The Mr.Olympia is the joke of joke for competitions. THe arnold classic is where it's at.

No the last 18 Mr. O's all won because they had a Weider contract.

Ronnie won with a Met-Rx contract. He then switched over to Weider after.
