Roids And Religion.

I am fairly religious, but i want to do a cycle soon. I want to know if it is ok to use steroids and still be a good christian?

It depends on your reason for doing them. If it is to bang more chicks and beat people up... I guess God would frown upon that. If it is to be a strong soldier of God and a beacon of health and inspiration to those around you... God might think it is cool.

What about fornication with young boys? Is that ok?

God the Father is perfect beyond all comprehension. There's nothing we can do good enough to approach him nor is there any sin that's worse than another that will have more weight in keeping us from him. Which is exactly why he sacrificed his son. If we accept that sacrifice -- intended solely for making us clean in his eyes -- he sees only the perfection of his son when he sees us.

I like this post so please don't take this the wrong way Eviscerator. :)

However, almost paradoxically, God's power is made perfect only through our weakness. That is, the more we give up our 'selves' for his sake, the more his is able to work through us. In fact we can do nothing on our own -- apart from him -- to better serve him.

In fact the cricifiction of Christ was a perfect example of this.

I see no room whatsoever for juice in a Christian's life. It just strikes me as hypocritical, which is why I hate religion to begin with.

Yeah, I hate religion too, all those rules and regulations no doubt imposed by other hypocritical humans.

But you won't be held to that, however, when it comes time to "meet your maker."

Don't let anyone fool you bro, a Christian's life is not perfection by any means. If you wish to impose that upon yourself all I can say is that would be a waste and a shame. Don't forget who the liar is man and what his goal is: to keep you from asking Christ into your life...by any means possible. Ignorance, false accustions and put-downs are all is his tools, believe me.

Christianity -- at least as I know it -- IS NOT about a lifestyle, but it is ALL about forgiveness.

In my opinion, lifestyle is empty, avoidance and separation while forgiveness is love, acceptance and life.

You don't need to look as far as the afterlife for that one man, just take a look at what goes on at your local prison. If that's not a heads-up for what's to come, then I don't know what would be.
