Credit for recognizing it's not her. The only solution is to get a grip on yourself or stop putting exogenous hormones into your body. Maybe try some meditation or yoga? All the roids are doing is enhancing what's already there.

Some months I could flip my shit on my husband and stepkid for a week just because they're breathing. I recognize it for what it is, realize it's my hormones not them and my family shouldn't have to take shit for my problem.
