Roid rage

I'm the moodiest and most irrational on pct, and a week or two after it's finished up. I catch myself almost always but every once in a while I'll have a "what the f' was that all about" moment. Other than that, I'm actually a bit friendlier when 'on'.

Myth. Prior anger issues like stated above. Makes me chill if anything. Fina does cause some irritablity tho and halo will make you angry but thats for fighters and for 2 weeks before you hit the NPC stage so not many will have to deal with it.

and some people are ignorant to the fact that steroids have side effects

I agree. While it's all nice and well to present yourself on this board and pronounce things like "it's an inate response to people who have inability to dealing with anger etc. etc." and "I never get angry, its a myth," I think you are lying to yourself and to this board.

While most people never RAGE on someone (those that do obviously DO have anger problems, but the effect is still steroid driven), even a very calm and level headed gent can and WILL have some extremely tense moments over very small and retarded things. AAS either replace, signal or mimic hormones in your body ---> Hormones facilitate emotional response ---> emotional response drives behavior. THIS IS NOT UP FOR ARGUEMENT!!! Don't make me dig out my Phisiopsychology textbook.

So, bottom line is that no one can claim that steroids completely made them lose control and kill a bunch of people. But unless you are a corpse and completely unreceptive to the internal workings of your hormone balance and signaling effects, then you will most definatly notice some aggressive behavior or thoughts that you wouldn't necessarily have while "off." Just as you can't deny you will have times when you are extremely euphoric and at ease, or even moody and tearful when coming off. Everything is amplified. Why? Because you stuck a needle in your ass with a chemical that has way more than your body would ever produce.

Anger is a strong emotion of displeasure caused by some type of grievance that is either real or perceived to be real by a person. The cognitive behavior theory attributes anger to several factors such as past experiences, behavior learned from others, genetic predispositions, and a lack of problem-solving ability. To put it more simply, anger is caused by a combination of two factors: an irrational perception of reality (“It has to be done my way”) and a low frustration point (“It’s my way or no way”). Anger is an internal reaction that is perceived to have a external cause. Angry people almost always blame their reactions on some person or some event, but rarely do they realize that the reason they are angry is because of their irrational perception of the world. Angry people have a certain perception and expectation of the world that they live in and when that reality does not meet their expectation of it, then they become angry.

It is important to understand that not all anger is unhealthy. Anger is one of our most primitive defense mechanisms that protects and motivates us from being dominated or manipulated by others. It gives us the added strength, courage, and motivation needed to combat injustice done against us or to others that we love. However, if anger is left uncontrolled and free to take over the mind and body at any time, then anger becomes destructive.

is this why smarter ppl are usually pussies, because they have a greater problem solving ability? this is a serious question

Does this happen as a result of too much dihydrotestosterone or low regular testosterone?

mood swings and other psychological sides are actually caused by

the conversion of an AAS to estrogen.

when do most women get crazy? ( well, crazier than usual.) right

before their period, that's when estrogen levels are at the highest

levels.

AAS causing emotional issues is a misnomer. " i get emotional on

clomid." no you don't!!! you are emotional because you are coming

off a cycle and you're experiencing high estro levels.

good question bro!!!

some folks can be very intelligent and very emotionally immature.

at a certain point in every mans life, he must gain control over his

primitive defenses. those that don't, typically wind up incarcerated

and living in trailer parks.
