It's suppose to release fat from abs(or any other place you rub the gel in) and release it to the bloodstream. So you'll have to burn more energy or eat less calories.
how exactly does yohimburn work i want to buy a bottle and put a shit load on my lower abs which has alot of lose skin if i run with it will it do the job?
I tried ripped gel, it worked, but as soon as I got off of it, about 1 week later, all the water it "displaced" returned. Basically it is effective as a diuretic at getting out water from ur gut, but that is about all, once you stop it comes back.
