Okay so I qualified for nationals and I'm going to do the NPC Nationals in November. Stats are 5'7" 189lbs 9% bf training for 10+ years. I have done a cycle of 500 test e and 400 EQ before. I plan on running a 14 week cycle and I want to get ripped as f*ck! My plan as followed.

Week 1-4: 50mg ED
Week 1-14: Test E 500/week
Week 1-10: Mast E 500/week
Week 11-14: Tren A 50mg EOD
Week1-14: T3
- week 1-2: 25mcg
- week 3-4: 37.5mcg
- week 5-6: 50mcg
- week 7-8: 62.5mcg
- week 9-10: 75mcg
- week 11-12: 87.5mcg
- week 13-14: 100mcg
- weeks 15-20: slowely decrease down to 25mcg
Weeks 1-14: clen 2 on 2 off
Weeks 1-14: adex 1mg ED
PCT: 5000iu/week x 3 weeks
50mg clomid ED x3 weeks
Hcgenerate 3 am 2 pm 3 weeks

The only reason I don't run tren the whole way is because I'm in the army and I need to have my endurance to be able to run!
What do u think about adding it the last 2 weeks or even last two weeks. Will it make a difference?
 
good job dude. i'm gonna qualify for the NPC nationals too next year but don't plan on going.

would love to see some pics, you are close to my stats but leaner in body fat. I'm shooting for under 10% as well body fat

i think your cycle looks good but i would start the tren sooner, even ace really starts reaching peak levels after week 3 or 4. you will love it. might want to consider winny instead and run the tren earlier in the cycle.
 
There is no need to tapper the t3 down. Not up either if you know your tollerance.. And imo your running t3 to long. Go for 100mcg last 4-6weeks
 
Your stack definitely looks like a shredfest bro. As long as diet is on point you could be diced by the end.

I second Steve's suggestions on starting Tren ace earlier, and throwing in the winny.

I've been shredding up on cycle for several weeks now and I'm sitting at [email protected]% 5'9" (3 point caliper). I want to add about 10 more lbs of muscle and then try competing next year
 
Thanks for the tips guys. I would love to run the tren longer but my endurance will be killed!!! I can barely run as it is and we run like 4 miles eod I will die!
I didn't run the winstrol because I didn't want two DHT in my cycle. I might run some tren ace in a week or so since I have two week vacation coming up I might see how it effects my running but like you all said I am not sure when the sides will show up.

I'll try and post some pics when I get home but I'm nothing impressive I just have good symmetry.
 
if that 4 mi is a moderately fast pace ur right it will suck on tren. maybe run a med to high dose of var instead to harden the shit out of everything at the end. at least then u won't be gasping to keep up.

depends on his age but it will be around a 8min mile pace in formation..for the apft its probably around a 7min mile pace minimum..unless he wants to go for pt stud
