you cannot exercise your way out of a bad diet at all

even when i was running 45 miles per week i still ate clean as fuck.

think about it, americans exercise way more than any other country. we all play sports, we have gym memberships, etc yet 50% of us are 30% body fat or more. that isn't from lack of trying, it is diet.. what we eat and also how often we eat
 
how much time should I do bike riding every day to start seeing results, I'm dieting too obviously, thank you.

Without knowing how fat, what you weigh, what the diet is like and how much you ride now - you know all the stuff we'd need to be able to reply... who knows.
 
45 minutes 3-5 days per week is a good amount of cardio IMO. Any more then that and it'll start to tap into your body's recovery ability.
