RickRock's Esarms Cardarine log

Esarms gave me the opportunity to try out their cardarine through this log and give my unbiased review and feedback.

For me, this comes at a great time with my goal shifting to conditioning in preparation for spring and summer. I'm between blasts right now so I'll be cruising on trt and this cardarine only. That should give a pretty clear indication of what this cardarine is in terms of quality and results

I'm around 197 10-11% bodyfat right now looking to get down to around 8% range. I'll be around maintenance most days with a slight defecit made by my cardio 3 to 4 days per week. Its setup more like a recomp diet.

I'm looking forward to what this gw can do, and I'll update the best I can regularly along the way

I didn't have time for cardio today due to running late but 4 days in I already see less recovery time between sets and being less winded

My regular 8 week blood donation was also today and my BP and resting HR are already lowering. All good signs early on of good GW

Cardio only today at home. Its day 6 and the endurance benefits are present. I was able to raise the speed on the treadmill and stay in the same HR zone I target for fat loss. It also gives a great overall feeling on it. I'm definitely loving it!

love it bro... it will only increase consistently now... you already know how this goes... each week your vo2max will substantially increase... just push yourself a bit more each time and you will continue to over exceed expectation...

Amazin! Keep us posted, bro!

The physical aspect of gw is starting to show. Today I looked tighter and more defined. Veins were more prominent as well. I normally see this around the 2 week mark si its pretty awesome seeing it this early. I'm stoked to see what the coming weeks bring

definitely brother... should be a great run... its awesome when you start to see the vascularity and drying out... its just getting started!

Cardio is so much a breeze now that I've went up to 7 days a week. I'm doing 20 minutes during the week when I'm lifting and 30 minutes on weekends. Cardio sessions just go by so quick now. Keeping up this consistency and awesome results I'm getting, I'm sure big changes are on the way

Have you ever thought about competing or doing a cutter just for "fun" if that's a right term to use.

Also and if possible progress pics would be a great addition to your log!

Judging by your avatar you look good man.

I have competed before. I did in 2013. As of now, I dont have any immediate plans to in the near future but it's still a possibility some day.

I will probably get some pictures up at some point in the coming weeks and then again at the end.

I appreciate the compliment brother! Thank you!

Cardio only today. I gotta say the endurance is just incredible. I was able to increase my speed to 4 mph on the treadmill at 10% incline and stay in my target HR zone. That's the fastest I've been in that range than I can remember. At least a couple years. I do 30 minutes on weekends and I put a good show on Netflix and got wrapped up in it. Next thing you know I look at the counter and I'm 34 minutes in. That's how good this stuff is. Seriously

Well guys, Sorry for lack of updates the last couple days. I'm at the Arnold sports expo and will be here through Sunday. So no lifting, cardio and the diet is not exactly on track either. There will likely be some damage this weekend, but that can be interesting to see how it goes and how easily it comes off when I get back due to the cardarine. I'm also interested in seeing how it does for damage control this weekend. I'm here with friends, and the whole weekend has a lot of bad food (pizza, burgers, etc) and a fair amount of alcohol over dinner. I'll be back to full daily updates and back in the gym on Monday! Everyone have a great weekend!

Have fun, bro! During my PCT i was eating a lot to keep the muscles, and using cardarine (and mk-2866) I managed to not only maintain the muscle and lose fat, I even gained muscle during PCT, ate extra food and still lose some fat, amazing compounds.

this will really put it to the test then!

It's pretty amazing what these sarms can do even when we arent perfect all the time with our diets. Amazing stuff bro

I really did put it to the test, and I gotta say that cardarine came through. The whole weekend had plenty of food and a decent amount of alcohol. My calories were through the roof, water intake was down, and my activity was obviously also way down. I noticed I was retaining water while I was there, but that's expected given the circumstances. Typically on this weekend I'll gain 5 or 6 lbs. When I stepped on the scale this morning it was only a 2 lb. gain and I'd say it was all water. So the cardarine did wonders while I did all that damage. True testament to how good this stuff is. That water will probably be gone within another day or two

Workout today was excellent. I killed that workout even while keeping the intensity high. My energy level was great even on less sleep. I hit cardio after work and that continues to excel as well. So right back to business, and I have my sights set on making these coming weeks count!

Things are just going really well right now. Had another incredible workout today. I feel like I'm in the zone like you do on cycle. Focused, and ready to kill it. Working weights and sets are at ot better than when I was on cycle, which ended over a month ago. Water weight is almost completely gone, and things are just cruising right along. I cant complain. Killing that cardio in the PM as well. By the end of the week I expect to be leaner and harder than I was before my weekend binge. Stay tuned

More if the same great things today. Another awesome workout, and another awesome cardio session. Cardarine really is the ultimate enhancer, plus it just makes you feel great on it. I've used a lot of cardarine and this is among the best I've ever used

Everything continues to go really well. Today and previous workouts last week the one thing that I should mention that's happening that I cant explain is some strength increases. Nothing major but some of lifts I'm actually gaining. This is going from what I was doing on cycle and going above that though, so it says a lot. It may just be because the gw has allowed me to work harder and push harder. I'm honestly not sure but it's a benefit I didn't expect.

Workouts have just been great all the way around. Lifts are up and I feel incredible. The cardio is something I actually look forward to each day as well. I recently added a little bit more calories in that I felt were needed but I'm still leaning more slowly but surely.

Two days ago I added in MK-M1 and Cardazol from banned nutrition, so I will now be running those as well. It's very early but things I've noticed since far...I've dried out some more, energy output has increased even more, and I've had better pumps. Like I said its only been a couple days so not expecting a lot yet, but those 3 things showed up the 2nd day. First day I actually noticed the energy increase.

My lifts are still going up with each workout. Today was arms, and I just looked more full, vascular, dry, and hard than I've been for quite some time...even on cycle. I've added more volume to my workouts so maybe that change has contributed to some of these gains. Surprisingly with me guessing, I'd say I dropped around 1% bidyfat already, and bodyweight remains the same. All good signs of a very successful recomp

Well I have a few days on the banned nutrition supps and other things I've noticed is the cardazol has a pretty decent stim effect. This weekend I didnt take anything except those doses along with some coffee and I could tell I had a decent level of stimulants in me. I took 2 caps when I woke up and then another 2 caps two hours later before cardio. I normally eat right after cardio and I really wasnt even hungry, so it has some appetite suppression too, if that's what you're looking for. I was still able to eat everything i needed so as long as it doesnt keep me from eating the meals i need to eat that won't be a problem. But I'll say as of now I'm not ready to increase dose. I'll probably stay where I am

The M1 MK I dosed the same way. That has dried me out a little more which is nice, and I generally notice more from this one when I'm lifting like pumps, etc. I also am looking a little more full on it as well. Back to lifting tomorrow and its chest day so I'm curious what that brings

Still dosing the cardarine daily, and I'm on track with continued progress. Its slowed down some, but that is expected due to some of the calories I added back in. I always adjust where I see fit, and the calorie increase has benefited me and was needed. Since I'm basically doing two workouts a day (am lifting and PM cardio outside of weekends) activity increased a couple weeks ago too.

I really dont want or expect to get a lot leaner than I am currently, so I switched to more of a recomp, and with the way my lifts have gone lately I'm going to take gains and give it the help it needs while I can get them. I still expect to continue leaning some more as I have been. It's just the focus now is more recomp than anything as I get closer to my happy place on my condition

This week has went pretty well. Workouts have been going very good, even though the strength increases have slowed. That was inevitable at some point, as I was just happy to see the gains I was getting on just the TRT, the cardarine and the banned nutrition products. Strength is way up from where it should be, especially considering I've been eating at maintenance mostly or even slightly under some days.

Cardiovascular endurance is insane. I'd say I'm peaked out on that, and the cardio sessions for both intensity and duration reflect that. Energy from the cardazol is incredible, especially added to the cardarine. That's been a solid combo.

Vascularity and pumps have been excellent ever since starting the supplements. I've also had some amazing deep sleep. And I wake very well rested. I'm pretty lean right now, and I am still leaning more at a slow rate. It's a recomp so true scale is staying pretty constant. I'm about 2 lbs down from where I started but I've lost close to 2% bodyfat, so there's definitely some recomp. I'm a little over halfway there on the 12 weeks and I'd say things are going great.

Things are continuing to go well. Weight is staying steady, and condition hasnt changed much but overall looking at this time last week versus now I can still see the continued progress. To me that's what it's about for recomp. Slow and steady wins the race.

There are a few exercises I'm still progressing in, and the others im at least maintaining the increases I made. I'll be happy just keeping this level of strength going into my next blast in about 6 weeks.

My well being has been excellent. Sleep has been excellent. Focus and motivation is very high. I can tell my metabolism is way up as well. My hunger is pretty high right now. Luckily I have good self control, because lately Ive wanted to eat everything lol.

Well its been a few days since I've updated, but honestly I dont see the need to update often much anymore as things aren't really changing much on a daily basis. Progress has slowed which I expect since I'm doing this slow recomp. So I will probably be going to more weekly updates.

What I've noticed since last update....cardazol I'm actually enjoying quite a bit. The energy is pretty awesome and it has complimented cardarine really well for fat loss as well as providing more energy. The combo has been great for both workouts and cardio. I highly recommend this combo for fat loss, endurance, and awesome workouts. My cardio endurance is as good as it's been in years right now.

M1 Mk I enjoyed the pumps and fullness I got from it, but I ended up dropping it over the weekend. The anti estrogen effects were dropping my E2 levels down too much. It's a mild ai and I didnt expect it to happen but I'm VERY VERY sensitive to anything that lowers estrogen. Keep in mind that I can run 500mg of test or more and never need an ai, so since I'm only on 200mg trt, it doesn't take much to get me too low. I've had it happen to me with a lot of things that only help others (proviron, other otc test boosters with AI properties, etc). I started getting low estrogen symptoms which I know all about so I dropped it. I'm just an anomaly when it comes to these types of things, so I need to save it to use when I have more aromatization going on and I'm running more test.
