I like him too and respect the guy too for his honesty but that theory is kind of out there, maybe for guys that are taking shit year round it could shock their bodies but I don't think I'd advise a 12 week cycle of 12 different compounds 3 at a time for 3 weeks each to someone that isn't about to step on a national level stage.
If you live around Vacaville CA you should stop by his gym over off of leisure town road. This dudes plates and bars start at 100 pounds. Theres a big ass painting on the wall that shows a guy benching with the bars bending and reads "If your bar doesn't look like this, get out" or something like that lol
Haha those bar bending motherfuckers. I get a slight bend for bench and a bit more for shrugs but I want to have to actually put clips on my bench one day bc if I don't the fucking plates will slide off haha.
