muskate High End Bro Platinum Jun 3, 2018 #4 8 movements is a lot for a single shoulder workout. I find guys with poor shoulder development are usually using too much weight and their chest is taking over the pressing movement. Really focus on keeping an upright position and make sure your shoulders are doing the pressing movement - not your pecks

SteveMobsterG Moderator Moderator EF Logger Jun 4, 2018 #7 I know only too well how few do most exercises properly so to have some do 7 or 8 poorly vs 1-2 really well is kinda silly. By all means, DC style, rotate through the 7-8 but over 2-3 workouts.
