Revived bulking diet w/supps - please critique

7:30AM 3 Arginine & Ornithine Capsules

Meal 1 - 8:00AM
2 Scoops N-Large II w/milk
1 Cup Muesli
100grams fat-free yoghurt
1 AST Multi-Pro 32x Vitamin
(i have the hardest time eating in the morning)

I'm only estimating the P/C/F but i would suspect it be pretty similar.

Totals: P276 C385 F93 Calories: 3480

Only thing im unsure about is the N-Large IIs, should i keep it just to one in the morning? I havnt got a very biog appitite and i would have troubles getting in a full meal at 8pm
 
jesus christ man, you got 4 shakes in there...seems like all your consuming are shakes!!!! I would incorporate more REAL foods in your diet and leave the shakes for Post and maybe before bed if need be..i would switch the shake and your second meal around...do the eggs first...then if you MUST consume a shake..
 
Those n large shakes have a shitload of sugar. Are you an ectomorph?

I'm pretty sure meal #2 has more than 35g carbs, just a comment

they are all only half shakes
 
Ill change the

so itll cut back on the sugary carbs

Any clue what the glycemic index of muesli is? Sounds like it may be a good carb, but that stuff can get pretty sweet...

Also, what do you weigh?
