Revised 2nd cycle due to some xtra "goodies"!!!

Revised 2nd cycle...(workout split, diet, gear)

Here is the cycle i plan to run, now. I came into good fortune and was able to come up with some xtra "goodies" which made my damn year to be honest. So now instead of an 8 weeker it turned into a 14 weeker with the addition of EQ and tbol. This is what it looks like now:

Weeks-14
Test prop- 100mg/ed 1-4
Test enth- 300mg/eod 1-14
EQ- 600mg/week 1-14
Tren ace- 100mg/ed 7-14
TBol- 50mg/ed 1-4
Var- 100mg/ed 11-14



PCT:
Week 6: 1000iu/day HCG,
Week 14: 1000iu/day HCG, 20mg/Nolva ed
Week 15-17: 20mg/Nolva ed
Add in some tribulus at week 14 also.

Supplements running throughout:
-Seaspure-3 caps ed
-ALA-
-Milk thistle-
-Vitiman B12-
-multi-
-AIFM- (not too sure about how running yet never tried it)
-Taurine-

Have on hand:
-nolva-
-clomid- (don't like)
-Proviron- (If needed)

I am gonna add letro, due to the fact that I am running so much. I am very excited about running this. I am a virgin to EQ, and Tbol so I am looking forward to seeing what i can do. If anyone has any suggestions, questions, anything please ask or tell me. I love to learn from others. I know this is gonna be long as hell, but I have to post this because I know that my diet needs some work for this cycle. This is what my last diet looked like for the most part:
7:30- 6 egg whites+one yolk;2 cups of oatmeal

9:15- 2 scoops of ON 100%Whey+1 scoop casein muscle milk

12:15- 2 chicken breast, bananna, rice, carrots, broc.

2:30- 2 scoops Whey, cup of oatmeal, peach

3:30- 2 chicken breast, 2 rice cakes

5:00- either chicken or steak, sweet potato, rice, carrots, broc.

7:00- cup of oats, tuna or salmon

8:00(pre-workout)- 2 scoops Whey, tlsb of glutamine

9:30(post-workout)- 2 scoops Whey, one scoop casein, amino fuel

Now that I am working out am, and pm:

M am-chest pm-tri
T am-back pm-bi
W am-legs pm-shoulders
Thr-off
Fri-start all over

I go 3 on 1 off, I know I will have to change a few things, this also was for a bulker. Chefbone helped me out, but this time around I am not trying to add any unnescessary fat. I would like to keep that to the minimal if none at all, and drop my bf% and up my lbm%. So if anyone can help with that I would appreciate it greatly. Sorry the thread is so long I kinda got carried away. Thanks guys...u don't know how much it means.

thats a hell of a cycle you got there. higher doses then i run, but what ever works for you.

i would drop the HCG to 500iu/day for PCT instead of 1000iu. unless you meant 1000iu eod or something
 
Thanks bro...I am not too worried about the cycle part, that is like riding a bike, it is the diet part that gets me.

Actually a sweet potato is a type of yam. Yams is just a short name for the family that includes the sweet potato!

No anti's like liquidex? With that much test, I would hold an ungodly amount of water.
 
I am using AIFM, and letro. I have provirion also, but not sure about running it yet.

OBEY- What are you seeing in your first three weeks. I don't start until next week.

Im in week 13 started out at 250lbs and i am at 252lbs. sounds weird but this was an unbelievable cycle. i have transformed my body. i dont know my BF yet i will get it hydrostatic tested mid september. im lean, strong as a bull. my arms are up about an inch and my waist is down. my Diet was 80%in check, my lifting was 100%in check and my cardio was 30-45min/day.

i also noticed a good change when i hit double sessions, my only suggestion with that is to combine your body parts at night and worry about the cardio in the morning(along with abs and little things) and be carefull from burning out. this cycle makes me want to live in the gym and sometimes i have to just say no and rest.

Good to hear, werid you only gained two pounds, but you probaly lost alot of bodyfat and are mostly muscle now. I am gonna try the two a days as of right now and see how they go, but if i need to slack off and do cardio in the morning and two bodyparts at night then i will. Thanks man.

honestly im thinking that i will have probably lost about 6-7% BF. i have balooned up 30 lbs on cycles and no one ever said anything. people are asking me everyday "hey what are you on" and its funny all i tell them is "im actualy losing weight"

i am actually envious that you have tren in this. you should have a complete new body in 4 months.

don't use the letro unless you need it.

aifm, 2 pumps/day unless you get bloaty or anything, then bump to 3, maybe 4..

eat more food =P

LOL yeah i am not creative enough to come up with one, so "borrowed" yours..lol thanks....and eat more food is not a problem it is just getting more of what I need and not junk. Thanks bros!
 
Sounds good, someone brought it to my attention that with the cycle I am running I should wait till the end of the cycle and see how much bf I have still to lose and then start using the clen, Trex. Which makes perfect sense. Plus having something to perserve the muscle will be nice also. Thanks bros!

its really a matter of preference when you run the clen, though post cycle is what most will reccomend. You can run thermorexin during and after cycle, IMO use during cycle has both partitioning and training volume benefits. It can be stacked with clen (helps significantly with clen related lethargy).

if running clen dont forget
ALCAR- heart
taurine- cramps
potassium- cramps
magnesium- cramps + heart

So you would suggest to go ahead and run trex while I am on my cycle, and then decide later on if i was gonna run clen during my PCT correct?

Ok started today...goods got delayed due to memorial day. I am gonna use this thread as a journal, so if it gets annoying, sorry, I am gonna use it to look back on. I will more than likely post on here daily about what I ate, work out, lifts, etc....Thanks guys!
 
2nd day....Back and Bi's in the gym was good, more energetic than usual so lifts were up, due to the fact that I knew I was on some good shit, so all mental. AIFM smells good, my damn puppy followed me around tryin to lick me cuz of that shit. No pain from prop yesterday, lovin that! Anyways....still early for anything to start workin, but I know it's comin and the anticipation is killin me.
 
I hear ya bro - I started a bulker of Test 525 (some prop, phyleprop,acetate, deconate, and cyp - then 250 of TestE)/Deca 250/Dbol 40 this past Sunday and have had a record shattering leg workout already - I know it is just placebo at this point so I can't wait for the goods to kick in.

Glad to see you will turn this into a journal. I would post this in the weightlifting or diet forums if you want some good advice on diet. Looks like you have it all lined-out already IMO. It's not like rice cakes or brown rice is going to make a visible difference - don;t micro manage - just keep a tremendous food and training log w/ sleep notes and you can always improve.

3rd day morning:
Feeling a little under the weather, haven't been able to sleep much due to work and school. Cardio this morning was a bitch but I still made it through. Had 12 egg whites, OJ, lil flax, and couple supps. for breakfast. Look forward to my chest and tri workout later on today. Even though I am tired I still can't wait to get in the gym. On to school.......

I am probaly gonna get flamed for this but...I am 20 years old, been doin this research for well over 2 years before I even started. I am mental and physically ready for this. I am 5'9 190 prob around 13-14% bf. I put on 50 pounds natty over a course of 4 years. I will put some pics up once i get my camera workin.
 
3rd day night:
Chest and tri workout was very good. Pumps were very nice, due to supersets. Again mentally I know what is coming so it's the placebo effect workin. Had a major headache all day, but no big deal. Got in a total of 305 grams of protein today, and 2700 cals. Feelin great.
 
4th day morning:
Cardio was a breeze, I sure as hell hate it, but did it today w/out problem. Muscled down another 12 egg whites, oats, and supps afterwards. Going to be another good day. Today is back and bi's. Look forward to gettin out of school so I can hit the gym before work, since i wont be able to lift after work. I work at a sports bar as a cook, so I work late on the weekends. But anyhow, going to be a good day!!!!
 
Kick Ass Cycle!
Couple of ?s though...
Are you still doing the casein/whey combo post-workout? If so, what is your reasoning for adding a slow digesting protein PW? If it were me I would go with a traditional fast PRO/fast Carb PW shake. Realizing that it's getting close to bed time for you, you could still leave in the casein (a good idea right before bed) just spaced out about 45min. Or Cottage Cheese, the poor man's casein.

It matters when i workout. Like last night it was late when i worked out so yes, I did the combo, but when i work out during the day, I don't. I see what you are saying and realized that myself a while back. Cottage Cheese is something I am still having to grow a taste for. I hate that shit, but stomach it down. Thanks bill for the interest. Off to school later pimps!
 
4th day night:
Legs went okay. I ain't gonna lie, I wasn't as focused today in the gym. Got alot goin on outside the gym, and couldn't get my head right today. I don't believe I wasted a workout, just didn't get all out of it I could. Tommorrow(today) is a well needed off day, lookin forward to it.
 
5th day morning:
Cardio sucked ass. I had to work until 2 last night, so I felt like shit today on the treadmill. I had no energy what so ever. I don't like coffee and redbulls don't do shit for me. Anything you guys suggest to give you an early morning boost other than cardiobreeze, redbull, coffee? I would really like to know what some of you others do on a shorts night rest, or hell even a long nights rest, when you have to get up to do cardio. Today is my day off, and I am gonna enjoy it. Headed to the ol UT game tonight after work can't wait! GOOD OL ROCKY TOP......WOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
 
6th day morning:
This morning wasn't too bad, didn't really feel like bein in there doin cardio since my fuckin leg is still throbbin from those damn prop shots. I fuckin hate those, but anyways not to bitch, I got it over with, then headed to work. Tonight should be a good workout, rested up and got some aggression to take out on those weights, thanks the ol girl for that one! Not gonna weigh until probaly two weeks in. Post up later tonight.....GO COLTS!!!!
 
6th day night:
Threw up today doin squats for the first time. I had a partner for the first time in about a month, and was able to go beyond my limits.....IT FELT GREAT!!!! My buddy thought it was disgusting, but me personally knowing that i pushed myself that hard was worth every second of disgusted faces and laughing. Workin my legs helped the prop pain work itself out by the end of the night thank god. Takin tommorrow off for cardio but plan on hittin the weights hard. I am already gettin more vascular which is crazy since this is the 6th day. I also am gonna order the Amp02 stack and get it started here within the next week or so. So right now confidence is high, and muscles are GROWING!!!! Way to go COLTS!!!! Next on the list is Tenn. vs. Florida, go VOLS!!!
 
Ok I know I haven't kept this updated or anything, since I will be in week 9 here on Tues. Sorry about that guys, I haven't been on the computer too much, had too much going on, but I have been able to keep track of things in the book that I write all my lifts and shit down in. This is what has been going on so far.

I started out about 194 with only my top visible abs showing and only vascular in my biceps and forearms. Now I am around 198-200 consistent, and it took me a while to get to that. I was down to 185 around week 3 or 4, and cut some of my cardio out after week 4. I became alot more vascular throughout the shoulders and chest. I am now vascular on the back of my triceps, traps, chest, and lower abs these are all firsts for me. My biceps and forearms have lots of new veins popping out now also. The EQ is probaly kickin in about right now.

I am only in my second week on tren, and i can already tell the difference in strength gains. My bench set wise has gone up very well. I didn't go up very fast on purpose even though i probaly could, since i didn't want to stress out my joints and ligaments too quickly since i knew my strength would be great about right now starting at week 8. This was some of my main chest workout exercises at the beginning of the cycle:

-Barbell Flat Bench: 135-15 225-8 235-6 245-4
-Barbell Incline Bench: 135-12 185-8 195-6 205-4
-Barbell Decline Bench: 135-12 185-10 205-8 225-6
Now in week 8 of my cycle here are those same lifts:
-Barbell Flat Bench: 135-20 225-12 245-10 265-8 275-6*
-Barbell Incline Bench: 135-15 185-12 205-8 225-6 235-4*
-Barbell Decline Bench: 135-15 185-15 225-8 245-8 265-6*
*added in another set on all due to strength and not losing strength during workout

This is just an example of my chest workout. My shoulders and back have responded better than any of my other muscles. My traps and lats have grown tremendously! I can now shrug 405 for 4 reps! That is a personal best for me and 365 w/out straps for 8 reps is a personal best! My seated military press is up from 185-8 reps to 225-6 reps! I love it!!!! My triceps and biceps never tire, even though my biceps are the one bodypart of mine that i hate. I am all triceps and I hate that.

My legs have gotten bigger and more ripped. Alot more seperation in my quads. My calves have exploded and my vert is up from 30" to 33". My squats suffered around week 4 due to overworking the legs. I thought a just pulled a muscle in my upper quad, but turned out I partially tore part of my upper quad. So I have had to back off of major leg exercises until week 10. That is why I have been killin my calves.

I have been tryin to keep my diet in check, but sometimes it has been hard due to workin 12 hr days and school. I have done well though. I am still busting my ass 110% and more into it now more than ever. I never want to leave the gym.

Now about the compounds that I used. The prop was a bitch, and don't know if i will use it again, this is the second lab i have used it from and it still hurts like a bitch. Test E is smooth as hell and no pain. EQ is awesome, I love it. This is my first time with it, and I love the hunger, pumps, and vascularity i get from it. I didn't end up using the Tbol at the beginning so I am just gonna use it during the last 4 weeks. I love AKA's tren ace, shit is potent and kick ass smooth/pain free. I have some clen that i was lucky enough to get as a gift, and not sure if i want to incorporate it or not in my last weeks of my cycle or in PCT, or at all for that matter.

I am rambling on now, and I know this is long, but it was long past due to update. This is what my remaining cycle looks like:
Weeks 9-14:
Tren A-75mg/ed
EQ -300mg/ M&TH
Test E-300mg/ M,W,TH
**not sure about the Tbol if I want it or not but if so weeks 11-14 40mg/ed**
**same for clen have 200 40mcg tabs, but not really sure about them**


PCT is still the same. O and by the way AIFM ROCKS!!!!! I have been using it throughout and have had no problems what so ever. LOVE IT!!!! I will update again before I let it get to be so long. Sorry once again fellas, but better late than never. Any suggestions and help welcome. Thanks fellas!!!!!

I can also get my hands on some NPP very cheap right now, but don't know if its actually worth the little money it is.
 
One thing is for sure...I can eat like a horse, guess the EQ is kickin in. I ate 26 pieces of sushi tonight and then 8oz of chicken after that w/out getting full. I have never been able to eat like that at one setting. Workout was great tonight, arms were very pumped and my triceps were very very strong. I was able to do 225-12 on close grip, and my last set being 255-6. Very vascular during workout. Can't wait to get back in there tommorrow.....
 
Killed the back and shoulders tonight. It's now 3 hrs since i have left the gym, and i am still pumped. My fucking shoulders and traps feel like they are about to burst. Tired as hell right now though. Time to go eat again, tryin to keep updated the best I can. Weight is up to 203 now, haven't got bf% tested and won't until the end of cycle and then again after PCT. Thinkin about tryin IGF-1 in my PCT but not sure yet still got alot of research to do on it.
