retatrutide long term use?

I’m looking to use retatrutide for 1 year. Going to dose it from 1-4mgs and change up the dosing as I go. My question is about long term use. What do you guys think about using it at a maintenance dose for 1mg every 2 weeks after I stop using it? Would that be a good strategy at helping me stay lean?

retatrutide you can use 2-3 years even bro

it would be a situation where you add it to your trt. so that makes sense

It's designed for long-term use. Absolutely, that's why they gave it such a long Half-Life where you don't have to take it every day.

You can certainly use it long term. You will need to titrate up as you go depending on hunger suppression. That will determine where you end up and what your maintenance will be. If you are taking 8mg at the end of a year then that will be your maintenance unless it stops working at that dose and you need to increase. If you lower the dose you ma still see some benefit but it will not work the same as the 8mg.
What i would do is start at 1mg/wk and run that as long as you can until hunger becomes an issue. I was on 1mg for 14 weeks before i felt the need to increase. Once you increase you will go to 2mg and so on. The worst thing you can do is rush the process and not be able to get food in so go slow. Lasting results take time and consistancy.
