Im currently shedding bf b-4 my next cutting cycle, (want to get my bf down low b-4 cycle), im doing massive cardio, light wt training with high reps, my diet is clean, low calorie, high protein, & low carbs. Its working out great, im loosing fat like crazy but also im finding it hard to keep my gains from my previous cycle, and my mass in general...... is there any "good" supplements out there that will help keep my muscle mass , while doing this massive shedding schedule?? something that wont retain water etc...

Absolutely , creatine and glutimine are great post cycle , the two combined really help me and throw in ECA if you like.

creatine makes me retain alot of water though, thats why i dont use it, ive tried glutimine anything else new on the market???

Yes, heavy training. There is absolutel NO logic behind light high rep training to cut. If your muscle are "programmed" to lift the 120 pound dumbells for chest press then that is wht they will need to maintain thier current size. If your legs have been taught to squat 495 then that's the stimulus they will nedd to prevent atrophy. Anything less and there is no need for the size you have acumulated and the muscle will atrophy. Massive cardio will also chew away at muscle mass at a depressing pace. You're setting yourself up for a great deal of muscle atrophy simply by your training approach.

I totaly agree BEEZ, when I do go reps I go from 8-12 reps and that is the absolute max, my normal training is heavy weight and low reps. i believe that is the only way you can keep the mass on the muscles, and use the cardio and diet to lean up.

listen to tury and beez, they are correct in their advice. Continue to lift heavy while cutting to maintain muscle and let the cardio handle the fat burning.
