results of not taking AAS's correctly,...

A few weeks ago I finished 20c's of Anabolic ST winny at 50mg per cc. I have read that it is important to keep Blood levels maintained and to go EOD on winny at longest. Well I had talked to a friend that said he had taken 2 shots a week ( 100mg/week) and had dropped 30+ lbs. Well I soon came to the conclusion that he lied about this. I did the first 2 weeks at about 50mg twice a week, then the 3rd and 4th I did 75mg twice a week. and then the last 2 weeks I did mon,wed,fri 50mg each. As far as my results i wasn't too impressed, i dropped about 3lbs on the scale, and gained a small amount of strength. I guess this is due to not taking the winny as frequently as I should therefore causing a drastic drop in the results I should have had. I was wondering if anyone else has tried a cycle where they didn't keep blood levels maintained and if they had results or not.

That's because winny is not this "magic diet drug" everyone thinks it is. It's just an aid to a good diet for advanced bodybuilders. Your cutting diet would allow you to shed bodyfat, not just winstrol.
 
Wintrol is a steroid which causes no water retention......

You always hear people talking about winny cutting you up and what not....I know I did at first too! Shit, I figured... I'll get some test and shit and get all huge, then I'll get some winny and I'll get shredded! WRONG!!!! WRONG!!!!

All any steroid will do toward 'shredding' you is help you hold on to your muscle WHILE you are on a strict diet.... Otherwise, you could end up losing just as much muscle as fat! Winny causes no bloat, so it is a good choice to go with while cutting since you wont look all bloated and it will help you keep your muscle...
 
Steroids are NOT a good way to lose fat. Diet and cardio are. If you already have the lean mass you want and you just want to cut down A LITTLE or prepare for a contest or something, then you can run a cutting cycle. But the juice mostly just helps you preserve your muscle while your diet and cardio get rid of the fat. Diet is a million times more important than steriods in terms of fat loss. Diet is key for bulking too for that matter.
 
these bros are 100% correct. stick around and READ and RESEARCH. this is the second thread you have started in the last 20 min, and they both show that you have done no research before posting. Which means that you did not READ the STICKY for NEWBIES at the top of the page.
AS are not something to just play around with or for HS students. they have to be used properly or you and your "friend" will perminately f yourselves up!

I think the reason most newbies get confused is cause it's called a "Cutting Cycle"..... They hear that, and think "cutting drugs" are gonna make them lose fat..... I thought the same thing when I 1st starting using steroids.... I was told that Sylvester Stallone got so ripped for Rocky 4 by taking Winstrol..... Then that Canadian Runner (Ben something?) lost his medal in the Olympics for testing positive for Winstrol.... That guy was super ripped, so I thought Winstrol just ripped you up no matter how you ate.... I learned fast that Diet and Cardio are the only things that can rip you up....

Exactly... Winstrol get a bad rap in my book. Ppl think it is a "cutting" drug. I don't buy that - I will say that it works VERY well on a calorie-restricted diet but I don't think any AAS will help you LOOSE weight (I don't consider Clen, T3, etc. AAS...) Also, I don't believe the theory that you can't get any strength gains from winstrol. Of course you can - they aren't as pronouced as test or deca but they DO exist.
 
It's just a matter of expectations. If you expect Winny to burn fat then you're not gonna be happy. If you're lookin for results on a CKD..you'll be happy.

Hey bro, I have been doing alot of research over the last 6months gradually, little pieces here and there. My posts are to gain extra input from other bros that may have been in my situation. I understand that I took a cycle of winny incorrectly. Due with what I had, I tried it and obviously found out the results firsthand. I'm not asking anyone to bash my posts, I just want some help with some of the guys who know more than I do so I can be more educated about AAS. And i'm not just some HS punk whose abusing steroids. I just wanted some help so my next cycle will be more on track. As far as my stats im 5'11'' , 226lbs, and im going to guess around 16-18% BF. As far as diet, i know how to eat right , although it has fallen behind the last couple weeks. I'm 21 yrs old now, and when I was 17 I weighed 282, and that was zero muscle. I was 282 benchpressing 130 max. Now im 225 bench'n about 275 max. Thats over about 4 years of training, so im slowly getting to where I wanna be. I just need help with the AAS part from guys with experience, I'm not trying to get hammered for my posts just because they are a lil flawed. and thanks to the other bros who have put in their thoughts/experiences
 
AAS are not a muscle / fat loss in a tab or amp. The only way to get shredded is diet and CV. Yes some meds can assist but if you are 18% BF and you take 100mg winny ED it will not get you to 10%.

I like winny but you have to be low BF anyway through diet and cv to get the real benefit IMHO.

thanks for your reasoning swolk. im going to continue to diet and train along with added CV to drop a few more lbs. in the meantime I need help with my next cycle. Probably 3months down the road, but im lookin at 2 or 3 different AAS's which I need help with. options might be var, primo, winny, .... not sure what else.. I dont want to go more than 3 AAS's at a time tho. Any help with a good second cycle would be appreciated. Thanks bros

For your first "real" cycle you should stick to 1 compound, not 3.
For example 250mg-500mg test per week for 10 weeks with anti E's and PCT. Keep researching, you will find that to be the general concencous. seriously bro, there is TONS of good info on this board, if you keep reading you will find it.
