--> Results from my Very Special E/C/A Stack <--

This is my very 1.st attempt at an E/C/A stack, and my goal is to loose about five pounds of fat, and of course keep most of my hard earned muscle.

My stats for now are:
Weight: 152lbs
Height: 6'9''
BF%: 11,3%
Waist: 32,5inches

The total for the entire 21 days will be 1000mg of ephedrine, 7400mg caffeine and 11150mg aspirin.

I'll also be taking chromium, multivitamines and creatine.

I wont take the time to write down every meal, but I'll at least eat three cans of tuna pr. day, thats 100grams of proteine, plus a few whey shakes and a whey/caseine combo.

Only slow carbs (except for trainig, of course), very little fat, and little carbs after six o'clock.

I might go for some cardio before breakfast some of the days, but i'll try to limit it to maybe two times a week to spare my muscle.

I'm tapering off near the end to avoid the crash.

Now what do you think? Does this look ok?

Am I going to be a mount Everest of shredded mass with striations running across my chest by the end of week three?

damn man you are one tall dude! and very skinny for that height. Instead of trying to lose 5 pounds of fat and get skinnier why not try to put on 5 pounds of lean mass instead?
 
The stack looks reasonable....

Are you going to be using pure ephedrine HCL tabs?? I had a bitch of a time getting to sleep when I took three doses per day....

Latest buzz on the street is that the aspirin isn't necessary....but I don't know....

And the consensus on chromium is that it's pretty much useless....but again....you have to do whatever works....
 
I'm of course 5'9'' and not 6'9''. Uh Uh Uh!

I might be adding up some apple cider vinegar and cayenne. I'll just swallow down a teespoon full of cayenne with water and drink up some apple cider vinegar.

As for the aspirin, Maybe its good, maybe not, but it cant hurt too much and its cheap, so i'll go for it.

I'll be using ephedrine hydrocloride, so it should be quite effective.

Dosis number three will be about tree or four o'clock, and i've got some good prescription sleeping pills to go with it too if the insomnia gets to me too bad.
 
i've always heard that apple cider vinegar does absolutely nothing for you. The cayenne can be helpful i've heard but i heard you need big doses of it.

I've noticed that lots of diet pills have chromium in them, so i'll throw about 200mcg ED of chromemate in there.

I'll also scoop down some cayenne and ginger root, these may or may not do a thing, but it cant hurt.

My diet will be low fat, mostly slow carbs and as much proteine as i can get down.

I gonna start tomorrow, so I'll keep you posted on the results!
 
Its day four, yesterday was my eater-day, (social event w/free booze and food.), I did manage to eat lots of meat and potatoes, and stay away from the king fat.

I'm looking forward to monday, when i'll bump up the ephedrine to 50mg ED and 350mg caffeine.

Molle: I like em a lot! I've always believed that 50mgs of ephedrine hydrocloride is stronger than ephedra extract "standarized" to 50mg.

I'd also like to hear from any of you with experience from ECA stacks!
 
Five days passed, lost 2,5lbs and almost one inch on my waist. Looks like i'm gonna reach my goal of loosing about five pounds of fat by week three.

My BF% was 12,1 on day one, its now 11,7% so it looks ok!
 
I am glad it works for you
keep going

but the problem when you take several supp at a time is that you don't know which one works and which one is just BS

Ummm. you should still bulk
you have the rest of the winter... gain a couple more pbs and cut around March
 
I can see my four pak now, but the god demned abs arent symmetrical! Bummer... Anyway, i gonna stay off stimulants except for boost for a few months, try to bulk a lot and do another bigger ECA stack in february.

Hope it works just as well the next time, it should couse i'll bump up the dosages 1,7X.

Bro, I used a lot of Ephedrine in my days, to keep me awake especially ! I never needed to do much cardio, unless after I've been bulking, I am under 10 % almost always :) But now I'm at about 12-13%, guess I was up even higher some months ago.

What really rules is the Clenbuterol for cutting, I like it a lot!!
Pharmachim or spirospent, is what I'm using...
