Monday-chest and abs
Tuesday-back
Wednesday-rest
Thursday- Dealts and Traps
Fridays-rest
Saturday-Bi's, Tri's and Forarms
Sunday-rest
I did warm up cardio for 15-20min /day, 5 days a week. Remember, you will not grow in the gym. Your body needs rest and food to grow and they are just as important as the training. Good luck!
