When on roids how much rest would suffice during the week?
What would be a good workout schedule?
push / pull splits?

I find this split worked awesome on my last cycle
Monday-chest and abs
Tuesday-back
Wednesday-rest
Thursday- Dealts and Traps
Fridays-rest
Saturday-Bi's, Tri's and Forarms
Sunday-rest
I did warm up cardio for 15-20min /day, 5 days a week. Remember, you will not grow in the gym. Your body needs rest and food to grow and they are just as important as the training. Good luck!

I prefer 2 on 1 off. Works better for me and your body is depleted from glutathione by the end of 2nd day anyway. I know people who spend waaaaay too much time in there when on, i too think they would grow much more by not spending that much time in the gym.
Push/pull i definately wouldn't do that unless i was really hard up for time. If you have the time i would do a 2muscles a day max. When i work out shoulders w/ chest 1 will lag in growth, also i know this worked w/ mustang but when i worked out traps and delts my delts lagged. When i trained both these together my traps got the biggest portion of growth so now i work it w/ my back.
My schedule right now looks like this
M- chest and tris
T- Back and Bis
W- off
Th- Legs
F- Shoulders and a lagging body part light* just for stimulation.
Sat.- off
Sun- off or start again.

I think how much sleep you get between workouts is more important. The pros may train 6 days a week, but they are sleeping alot more then someone who has a job. They sleep 8-10 hours a day then take a nap after training. Their diet regiment is also better.
