I can meet my 40/40/20 macros easy. I always go way over on carbs but my protein is at 1 gram per pound so muscle recovery is fine.
But making sure im at a calorie surplus all the time that is WAY HARDER. Fuck it im going all in on the olive oil man @ 400 calories per 50 ml.....
Ive been getting 1200 calories a day from this shit AT LEAST. I put this shit in my protein shake it actually tastes better. I put this shit on my beans and make a 2 doller can of beans into a 1000 calorie meal. I can make ANY MEAL or shake 1000 calories with this shit.
