I understand there are different trainees with differing levels of questions and that's absolutely fine. BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, IF YOU'RE AN ASS CLOWN OR LIKE TO ENGAGE IN ASS BANDITRY OF ANY KIND, PLEASE DO IT ELSEWHERE. I don't come to your house and drop a load on your couch. Please return the favor and do not toss your sh!t like a monkey all over this board.

The sure sign that I'm not just getting old and crabby is that anthrax invasion is even crabbier than usual, which is saying alot. Too many F'ing tards are coming aboard, posting drivel, and getting under his skin. So I know I'm not alone.

So, please. This is me asking nicely. If you are a fvcking moron, or have strong suspicions that you may be a moron, please go away. Don't ask anymore stoopid questions. Don't offer your "advises." And don't use this board as your chat & conversation board. Just go away. And never come back.



Welcome to the boards my friend. This same thing happened last year at around spring time. And I am sure that it happens every spring. It will only last for the next 2 months, and then it drops off. Everybody is trying to do one of two things: Get in last minute shape for spring break, or last minute shape for the summer.
 
this board has been going down hill slowly since the like of Louden_Swain, B-Fold, and Spatts stopped posting. They were some awesome people with TONS of knowledge.
 
Saying Anthrax Invasion is crabbier then you is like saying Antarctica is colder then Africa. So obvious it shouldn't be mentioned. :D

hey guys I gotta get toned for SB. My triceps are lacking.. do you think that kickbacks will work? Also to get a six pack, altho i have 38 percent BF, by doing 300 situps a day- will i get one? thanks! ^^
 
My forearms are rubbish... if I eat twenty cans of spinach a day and wank alot will I it make me look like pop-eye... also shall I alternate which hand I use for symmetry?

If you had larger forarms you'd realise that you wouldn't need to ask that question.
 
Guys....let me run my Spring Break program by you.....first, some background... today, I went to Abercrombie and bought 5 tank tops for $237.00, I got 'em 2 sizes too small also, so I look JACKED......I also bought a bunch of track pants 'cause my legs are too small to wear shorts, and I don't want the hunnies to know they all have bigger legs than me. After Spring Break, I am gonna wear the tanks to the gym for my chest and arms workouts to get my money's worth. I am also tryin' to pick up this girl at the desk, although her dad told me she's only 14 and he'll break my legs if I ever talk to her again, I am sure after a few weeks of hard training he'll shut the fuck up and respect, cause I will be HUGE AND RIPPED AND JACKED!!!!

Here is my program, I'd like some critique.....I'm 19 and 5' 10" and 159lbs, I worked out 'on and off' since 9th grade, but lately with all the parties, it's been about 6 months since I was at the gym......but I am kinda buff from back when I played mini football for 1 season when I was in 7th grade. I was gonna run the following....Sustanon (1000mg/week), D-Bol (10 tabs a day), Equipoise (200mg eod as spot injections in my pecs and biceps), and Primobolan (400mg/week so I can get cut too at the same time)......I also have Cell Tech, Nitro Tech, Meso Tech, and Pump Tech, and some Hydroxycut cause my cousin told me it works with the Primo to make you RIPPED, and he benches like 225x2 and is HUGE, so he's somebody you don't want to fuck with, bros.

For diet, I don't have time to eat too much with all the parties and boozin', and bein' all busy and shit tryin' to pick up high school chicks on 'myspace' and in AOL chat rooms. (for some reason chicks my age don't think I am JACKED).

My routine is as follows:

Flat Bench .....135 to failure, then lotsa forced reps....185 to failure with my ass a foot off the bench for a HARD single, then my spotter, K-Dawg, helps me bang out 12 or so forced reps....then I put on 225 for a negative, it usually comes crashing down real hard and bounces a good foot off my chest and K-Dawg and T-dizzle catch it and rack it.......then I put on 315 and walk around the gym with my lats flared in case there is anybody lookin' who thinks I am gonna bench it , then they will get all scared cause I look tough.....then I do a negative and 5 'forced reps' with k-dawg and t-dizzle pullin' real hard too. By this point I am in a full wrestler's bridge and am pushing real hard.

After the bench workout, I do the following for 5 sets each (incline flyes, flat flyes, machine flyes, cable clyes, cable crossovers, cable crossovers with an underhand grip comin' up from the bottom, and we got two pec decks at the gym, so I do a few burnout sets on both of 'em).....then I finish off with 6 sets each of barbell cheat curls, dumbell cheat curls, preacher cheat curls, hammer cheat curls, incline curls, concentration curls, cable curls, reverse cable curls, machine preacher curls, e-z bar 21's, and some kickbacks cause I read in FLEX that strong triceps help you bench more. Then I rest till the soreness goes away and repeat, I'm hopin' with the juice that I can do this every day, twice a day, like Ronnie Coleman or some shit, cause that's how you get ENORMOUS.

So, anyway, thats my plan of attack for Spring Break....I've got 2 weeks to put on lotsa muscle and get my arms and chest real big, what do you guys think???? I just gotta get a Brazilian Wax and try to get rid of all my acne and I'll be ready, I just hope I don't catch crabs again this year bros.
