Requesting a Beginner Cycle Advice

Hi everybody,

I'm new to this forum and here are my attributes:
- Age: 26
- Weight: 74Kg
- Height: 176cm
- I had one cycle of 20mg Dianabol (Anabol) per day, 10mg in the morning and 10mg in the evening, for about 12 weeks 7 years ago. I didn't get a PCT. My weight increased at that time from 62Kg to 74Kg. I don't know how much of that was muscle and how much was fat/water, but I know that I had a pretty descent addition of muscle.
- I had to stop exercising 6 months after that cycle due to a wrist injury which was not my fault. Now I'm almost fully recovered. I sometimes have pain when do curls, but wearing wrist wraps will always stop the pain.
- I almost didn't exercise for 6 years, and then I restarted exercising about 2 months ago.
- My body is tight and healthy, taking full advantage of the 4 days/week bodybuilding regiment.
- I'm getting around 8 hours of sleep everyday. I don't have obligations (as I'm working as a researcher). so even if, for example, I was insomniac at night, I can simply sleep at 5AM and wake up in the afternoon!
- My work is not tiring at all. It involves sitting most of the time. My day doesn't involve a lot of commuting. However, I do all my commuting using a bike.
- I'm have 2 days allocated for sex a week, where I SHOULD have sex 3-4 times per day!! Accordingly, whatever steroid/supplementation routine I'm gonna follow, it shouldn't degrade my sexual capabilities.
- I go clubbing every week. But since I'm living in the country side of Japan, nothing is wild here. It's not tiring, and it's not that "unhealthy".
- I have good income and very little obligations. So I can easily spend 500$ on bodybuilding, and more in "emergencies" or when I'm doing some "special supplementation".
- I have a good source for all types of juice. However, I'll discuss that in another thread :)

Now about my diet:
- I have full control on my food contents and timing.
- For bulking, I'm currently having 240g Protein, 350g Carbohydrates, 40g Fats, and around ~3200 Calories.
- Having enough water continuously throughout the day.

Supplementation:
- ON Whey Protein: one scoop before sleeping on normal days with an additional scoop after exercising on exercising days only.
- Animal Pak: one pack in the morning with breakfast.
- Flaxseed Oil: one table spoon drank directly before breakfast.
- ON Creatine: one scoop per day, after exercise or before sleeping.
- ON Glutamine: one scoop per day, after exercise or before sleeping.
- BCAA: CCD Drink (Japanese made) during exercise.

I've just decided to have steroid cycle(s) to get the following gains:
- Have a body made of about 76Kg Muscle and 83Kg fat (around 8%BF).
- I don't mind having 2-3 cycles to achieve my goals
- I need to have permanent gains that I can keep forever, provided that I'm having proper exercise, diet, supplementation, and sleeping.

Questions:
1- What are the recommended steroid cycles?
2- Do I need to make any changes to my exercise, diet, and/or supplementation routine?
3- It's very hard for me to find somebody that can inject me. Can I do the injections myself? (please don't limit my options by this point as I might be able to find somebody to give me injections if I look for a suitable person hard enough).
4- Do I need a premium subscription in a website/personal trainer?

you ran your first cycle at 19 and didn't know what the fuck you were doing... ran no pct and probably internally fucked yourself up and don't even know it...

you have been working out for 2 months yet before this its been 6 years since you worked out yet your body is tight and fit? oh i forgot, your day doesn't involve much commuting but when it does you ride a bike... that's the secret!

you go "clubbing" every week but that's not unhealthy in your eyes... LOL seriously, okay moving on...

Did you really reference the days you are allotted to have sex? did you really tell us that??

oh you want permanent gains that you can have forever... yet you quit working out for six fucking years?? do you want a magic lamp with a genie too??

can you inject yourself? are you serious dude?? seriously?? you want to run a cycle and your asking if you can inject yourself and also asking if you need a subscription to website or a personal trainer...

At that time I was living in Iraq, with no access to the Internet. The cycle was proposed by my coach, and I did have very good gains out of it. Although I do feel quite healthy now, I don't know whether I "fucked up" my internal organs or not. Is there any way to check that? Remedy?

I didn't work out during that period because it was simply impossible to do that after I had my injury due the horrible life I was living back in Iraq. After that, I had to spend 5 years in multiple countries as an immigrant. So again, it was impossible. Now, even though I've been exercising for 2 months only, I DO have very good experience acquired from my 2 years training back in Iraq and from my exhaustive reading about supplement and steroids in the last 3months.
Regarding commuting, I don't think that 30minutes of slow bike commuting is that bad to the body, provided that I'm not having any other physical activity during the day.

Clubs here are not what you imagine. They're small with no more than 5 attendants. There's no smoke inside. I tend to drink very little (I've never been drunk for 2 years). And I don't engage in any exhausting activity. By the time I leave the club, I'm not feeling tired at all and when I wake up in the morning I'm completely healthy with no hangover or any type of weakness.

I'm forced to have sex on specific days due to the "special relationship" between me and my girl. And YES I had to tell you that because I don't want a steroid that would affect my sexual stamina. In addition to that, I wanted to know whether I'm doing too much sex for bulking.

bear in mind that new muscle take alot of calories to feed, anything else you're gonna be right back to Zero, Learn to gain natural then add something.

i dont care where you lived or what the conditions... you can ALWAYS find a way or time to workout... thats a fact... dude i broke my back 5 years ago, and you know what, it never got fixed, and guess what, i never stopped working out this ENTIRE TIME...

ive worked out in fucking blizzards, negative degree weather, rain, thunder, lightning... Ive been in conditions you wouldn't want to dream about being in and no matter what, ive done it... so that excuse just doesn't work for me... trust me, when you push iron in below zero weather surrounded by ice, snow and other shit i won't get into and you do it everyday, then you dont listen to anyone excuse...

listen man, i partied for a decade 4 days a week... i don't give a fuck if a club is tame, or if your the only one in there, a club is a club... if you drink, or whatever, your not doing yourself any good... at all... and if your going to do that then you have no business running a cycle, period...

Then we can guide you in the right direction, but all the information is out there and if you were researching for any amount of time, you would have come across all the info you needed. The thing about taking gear with little training is your ligaments and tendons can be hurt as you pack on alot of muscle, the tendons gain strength at a slower rate, and even a high dose of test will have a negative effect on them. Other forms will negatively impact them even more so. Be patient, work out with a solid eating and training routine and come back at a later time With updates. Start a journal and keep track of your progress. You aren't ready, and quite frankly some of your questions reflect that.

The good news is that your probably back to normal, or whatever that is for you, from your cycle at 19. The bad news is that you are a researcher by trade and you suck at it. All of the questions that you have, which is just the question of how to get started, can be answered by the stickies.

I have time alotted for sex too. It's Monday-Sunday 12am-11:59pm. I only close for one minute to recharge.

OP, you are right about one thing; you can take steroids now, if you want. You can do anything that you desire. . .but there are consequences. You want to keep muscle forever. That statement in itself is fucking funny but diet allows for you to make and keep muscle. You need to master that first. Your goals are small and can be achieved with diet and consistent training.

Nobody is going to take you up on your offer to PM about your sexual practices. Go to the chat and conversation forum. They will love you there.

Spending a long time posting those stupid jokes proves to me how unprofessional you are regardless of the size of your muscles:
Real experts don't make fun of others, they just advice them
Me, as an expert in a couple of fields not related to body building and health, is always asked some naive questions by newbies who want to know more about my specialization. Now, instead of spending the time making cheap jokes, I would give them resources to read and some brief and useful information to give them a basic idea about what they're asking about. I might trail the conversation with a small joke but spending my time mocking them will just push people away from you and make you look nothing more than a puppet.

If the replies in this forum represent all the "experts" in this forum, then I hope that the moderators would kindly delete my account and thread....

Bro, they gave you what you thought was sound advice, but if you provided them with the same info as we got, and they still advised you to take any steroid, what they gave you was awful, dangerous advice.

Your diet, training, and research have to absolutely be on point first, and in that respective order.

Bro listen to these guys they are mocking you because you think your eligible for steroids after 6 months of training with by looking at ur pic looks to be 14inch arms (minus the fat 13inch arms) with a very in developed chest and a frame which in no way screams "i go to the gym" please bro reevaluate your idea of steroids.

By all means you can research now into for the DISTANT future so that you know what your doing when you start but for now I would get your diet and training in check and keep it CONSISTENT for atleast 2 more years and believe you will realise by then your body will be much more eligible for synthetic enhancement. But from reading what your looking to a achieve. A fit looking body with some muscle is easily achievable naturally. Believe me bro these guys may have just saved you from ruining your life and your "sexual ability" lol. Natural bodybuilding = keep the girl happy.
 
If you want an "edge" to you training take a look into purchasing some unleashed from needtobuildmuscle. It will naturally reduce SHBG and free up your testerone making it more bio available for building muscle. It will also make your girl extremely happy.

Bro listen to these guys they are mocking you because you think your eligible for steroids after 6 months of training with by looking at ur pic looks to be 14inch arms (minus the fat 13inch arms) with a very in developed chest and a frame which in no way screams "i go to the gym" please bro reevaluate your idea of steroids.

By all means you can research now into for the DISTANT future so that you know what your doing when you start but for now I would get your diet and training in check and keep it CONSISTENT for atleast 2 more years and believe you will realise by then your body will be much more eligible for synthetic enhancement. But from reading what your looking to a achieve. A fit looking body with some muscle is easily achievable naturally. Believe me bro these guys may have just saved you from ruining your life and your "sexual ability" lol. Natural bodybuilding = keep the girl happy.

Build a foundation and look at aas as a goal to reach. I honestly thought you were trolling our site. The reason why I want to use steroids is that I want to gain muscle faster than the normal rate. In addition to that, I'm not looking for a big body: I just need 8 more Kgs of lean muscle, while losing a couple more Kgs of fat. After that, I want to do only maintenance exercise :)
 
If you want an "edge" to you training take a look into purchasing some unleashed from needtobuildmuscle. It will naturally reduce SHBG and free up your testerone making it more bio available for building muscle. It will also make your girl extremely happy.

8KG of muscle is achievable naturally and its more keepable. The faster you get there bro the faster you will lose it. If your just looking to get there faster you can be certain to lose your gains as fast as you made them. From what you posted earlier it looks like you do not have the necessary foundations to maintain you gains. Which is im telling you to get ready for one hell of a depressing and frustrating ride once you stop cycling.:lightning

It just didnt seem real... if you want genuine help, especially with muscle building and diet, i will be glad to help you... I want you to achieve your goals...
