Req: a little advice from the canucks

I'm in the Big smoke area and am looking for a little Var to round off a mild regime I am planning....

Is there a specific brand people would recommend, (not knocked off a lot, under mg'd etc.)?

I did some searches and Spectro seems to get a lot of thumbs ups in this neck of the woods, (if you deal with a rep apparently).
