If the dude won't try anything to help her out, she needs to drop him. As much as that will hurt, taking someone's sex drive is like sucking the life out of them - and I mean that almost literally.

If the sex life isn't healthy, the relationship isn't healthy. If he is not willing to make it healthy, she needs to go elsewhere.
