When carb cycling and on my refeed day I'm assuming it doesn't have to be on a workout day. My refeed day this week is on wed and it's my dayoff.. Any problem with that??
it doesnt really matter. refeeds are for you to refeul your glycogen so it would benefit if you did it on an off day. if you refeed on a workout day, your muscles wont be full. it doesnt really matter. sometimes itll end up on a workout day sometimes an off day. its actualy easier to refeed on off dayss for me atleast.
