A refeed typically involves a controlled period of increased caloric intake (generally consisting predominanty of carbohyrdates and minimal fat). It's a way of "boosting" your metabolism (via plasma leptin) which tends to lag during extended periods of dieting.
There are different ratios floating around on the refeed cycle, for the ANPB diet, I suggest the following: (it can fluctuate from time to time but stays in this range).
Weight x 15-18 (depending on bodyfat)
go w/ x 18 for now
60%carbs/30%protein/10%fat
once a week you have an intake of the above ratios to restore glycogen stores and continue t4-t3 conversion.
Thanks guys, diet is the thing I could never get right. Am I correct to assume that after a week or two on th ANPB diet my weight will change , hence I readjust my intake of calories each week?
