Yes ma 'am still bulking my way along here.. I have another 4 weeks of a Bulk. Dropping calories slightly and migrating macro range.

I am curious to know what "bulking" means here. Too many times people think that it means just gaining weight for scales sake when it just turns out to be too much fat. Guys generally should still be able to see their abs in the offseason and I would still keep a similar rule for women.

LMAO Well unfortunatley my abs were gone in August-September when I took a month off and traveled in Europe and gained a bunch of fat and ate way to much yummy food :evil:
I hate the word bulking I think it sounds ridiculous but it's a word people identify with. Basically another way of saying adding on muscle, limiting fat accumulation.
See After my show I went to Europe. Yep gained a bunch of fat. So it was either A cut again, or B add on more muscle. So because I obviously need to add on more muscle I opted for B. In the mean time I played with cals a bit and did drop a tad of BF. Unfortunatley I have to suck up the damage that has been done and pursue LBM. I have in the past added LBM while cutting. So I know it's possible, but I wanted to add on as much LBM as possible because another cut cycle would leave me probably as bones with itty bitty muscles.

So how do you mix your macros? Standard rule is keeping protein with fats for a meal or protein with carbs. After 5-6 pm keeping carbs totally gone.

What is your protein, carb, fat intake like now? I personally eat cheese burgers when at all possible.

Protein:
whey isolate first meal of the day and right after training
multiblends during the day and before bed

I also understand that you and some lucky "duck" like to cook. ;)

Diet is good. I'm on a clean one

I have it listed probably pages back in my log.. Follows suit with SBT's most day's

most days it looks like this:
M1 Chicken, shredded wheat
M2 1 serving nuts
M3 chicken, carb of some sort
M4 whey protein, power ade
Weights
M5 whey protein, power ade
M6 turkey, lettuce onion, mushroom
M7 whey protein, ANPB
Bed


Plus supplements

Calories were at 2300 50% P 28% F 22% C

S suggested I go back to 2,000 at a 40/30/30 split

Yes we are coming up with a recipe book with all of our great ideas!

Scorp: Legs are coming in a lot better then last year! I'll be posting up pics soon...
