red meat too expensive!

Red meat has been getting super pricey. Not sure what to do cause its so easy to cook and does the job for me. I suck at cooking and its hard to cook other things. What do you do since red meat has become so pricey?

Red meat is expensive because of the tariffs and bad policies from our government but things will change pretty soon. I think red meat will come down over the next two or three years.

I love red meat. It's a good source of protein. If it's too expensive then buy a little less.

Go with ground beef. It's the cheapest option when it comes to beef. You can do a lot of different things with ground beef, like mix it with pasta or make burgers out of it.

Bros, I would go with some chicken. It's cheaper or try turkey.

try and go hunting or fishing. You'll save a lot of money that way. Cut down on your grocery costs.

4 things you can do easily..

Buy it in bulk/whole cuts the portion it usually at least 30% cheaper..

You can also buy cheaper cuts and then slow cook them, if you need it to be leaner trim some fat out.

If you got the freezer space you can even buy quarter or half cow cut up, this is easily 50% cheaper..

I only buy meat on sale. And it has to be a good sale. I can the manager specials and also go early for the discounted pieces. Hubs is looking into buy half a cow but not sure it's affordable with what I can get on sale. There can be some good sales out there, you just have to hold on. Also bulk, like the big cuts and cut them your self, again costco can get good sales for that stuff.
