I am very interested in learning the recovery time for your thyroid gland after takeing cytomel. Also how do you avoid the rebound effect. Is there any supplements you can take for recovery quicker. Cytomel can really mess with your pitutory gland and mess around with the TSH and responce so just need to know these things. I have taken it before and i have taken it for up to 8 weeks at a time is that ok i mean i seem fine now any info is very helpful thank you

Supplementing your thyroid recovery after you go off Cytomel with Clomid & HCG, as well as some sort of a green tea product (forskolli), a guggulsterone product, and some Tyrosine is a good idea.
Has anyone heard any updates on needto's T3Recovery supplement that he was working on? I'm about 4 weeks away from needing a good T3 PCT and I know needto only produces top of the line products.
Right now Im using T3 with Lipostim and have just added Forged Burner. Energy and focus is great. This PSMF is a breeze right now.
