Recovery question (train once a week or twice)

I did an 8 week cycle of lgd 4033 with little results so i used up 4 weeks of m-drol i had left and got some nice gains.

I jumped right into a 25mg ed cycle of ostarine and was wondering how much it will increase my recovery from workouts. Should I stick to hitting each body part once a week or do you think i can train them twice?

Would also like to note I took formadrol and Boron to try and recover from the shut down of the M-Drol.
 
I don't know what your bodies work capacity is like or how long you been training.

But most natural bodybuilders I know hit a body part 2x a week, lower body 3x.

Pretty sure you'll be fine. Unless it totally shut down(even then you be fine)
