Nearly 2 years ago:

  • 💥 Torn pec → surgery
  • 💥 Back surgery

Long rehab. A lot of rebuilding.


Recently finished a strength peak and hit:


🧱 Gym Numbers
  • 🏋️ 290 kg Deadlift
  • 🦵 260 kg Squat
  • 💪 220 kg Bench
  • 🔥 770 kg Total (gym)

Strongest I’ve been post-surgery, and still climbing.


🧬 Current Phase: Recomp


Staying around 110 kg while improving condition.
  • High protein
  • Carbs around training
  • Performance first
  • Slow tightening, no strength loss

The aim is simple: look better while keeping the big three heavy,

Yeah bro, keen to see how it goes too. I’m not running his GH just yet but will be adding it in once he gets more stock and sends it through. I thought the recent pile on was a bit unfair as well to be honest. My experience is I’ve had no issues with his mast p, test p, hgh and anavar that I ran in the past.
