do NFL players workout twice a day? do NHL players?
did you know NFL athletes have zero padded practices where they actually hit each other during season? they have that shit for their games once a week. they also have a bye week where guys get a full week off.
we learned a long time ago that more isn't better. training the body is an art, it isn't who can pound their body into the dirt the most because 'they are tough'
having said that hypothetically if you did a light 25 minute weight lifting session in the morning and then another 25 minutes in the evening it would be fine if that is what fits your schedule vs. just doing 1 single 50 minute session. but why do that? just go and handle your business and leave in 1 shot
