What's up fellas. Just would like some recommendations from the veterans. I'm 5ft 6 in and 176-178 pounds have fairly low body fat. I've been lifting for four years. I did my first cycle of test e. Only and gained some good strength and around 7 pounds of lean muscle. Planning my next cycle starting somewhere around early spring of next year. Don't want a whole bunch of shit weight but I'd like to shred up some more and stack on some more clean gains. Any recommendations?
