I'm getting ready to place my order for my cycle, last one ended by the torn lat. I don't really do pics, but figured I'd have something to go by as a starting point...I am going to run Test C/Deca/Dbol and trying to get some freakin size on my dumbass frame LOL.

I'm like 5'10ish 230 10-11% in these taken a few weeks back...I've cut down a little bit since these. dropped 3-4lbs of fat.

I started a cycle last winter and only ran like 5 weeks due to the lat...

comments/critiques are cool.

Thanks MM...always glad to help pick cycles out LOL...Last run I went with Omnas from Jelfa BD Decabol...This time around I'm going with Stealth Labs stuff...Supposed to be pretty good so we'll see what happens with that.

I'll probably end up trying to get 250 on this run if the body holds up LOL. I might order like in 7 minutes LOL

I go into 5x5 a couple times a year and I go into 3x3 (deepsquatter.com) a few times a year also...the PL type cycles help you use more weight for your hypertrophy training...

sweet. I wish I could really explore more intense leg workouts but my knees have their limits the older I get. :) I miss the ATF.
 
tell me exactly what you do w/ your calves..mine will not grow...i dont know what the fuck it is...What kind of exercise, how many reps..blah blah blah..thanks bro!

WTF? Have ya taken a look in the mirror? Sorry man, I've got the same problem as you (dysphormia) but then again I'm not 230lbs!!! SHIIIT. Strut your stuff man, your physique is phenomenal.

same here. I HATE to use genetics as an excuse, but I had some girlscouts come to my door the other day with bigger calves then mine. Needless to say I bought 3 boxes of the thin mints.......frigin crack dealers.

You'd be surprised how ATF squats are better for your knees then most leg exercises...Hips bear a major portion of the load when you drop below parallel

I do the standard really and mix in a huge-ass drop set every few weeks.

BB Calves 4x10 (Heavy ass hell...people watch when I do this)
Seated calves 6x12 (2 in, 2 out, 2 middle)

My drop is nuts though:

Start really heavy. Something you barely get 10 with and just start stripping weight when you fail and keep going till you rep the bar for a vomit inducing 20. I make it like take like 6 "sets" till I get to the bar

Oh I agree, ATF is the way to go, but just getting older ATF took more of a toll. They are the best squat to do if you are able. Now I wait in line with the soccer moms to do the leg press. lol

Bro, can you explain the ATF to me a little bit. Is that the pause at the bottom of the squat?
 
DCC, good to see you back bro! Not many old faces around here and i havn't been on much myself. You're lookin damned solid the legs look great. That cycle should work real well, although you may wanna consider something for the bloat. Gimme a shout on AIM man!

ass to floor, meaning past parallel for squats as low as possible.

I feel like an idiot. Yeah I always go paralell or below. I saw a vid last night on youtube where some dude pauses for like five seconds at the bottom of the squat, I thought that maybe that is what you were referring to. thanks.

neo is right, ass to floor. It really is a much better way to squat as long as you have good knees, they are overall better for you. But be warned, if you have not been doing them deep, it's time to check your pride at the door for a little while as you can't lift near as much. As least I couldnot.

People are shocked when they see me take off weight from the bar after the smaller guys "squat"
