I dont mean to sound like a complete dick, but why the hell do fat people make so much damn noise all the time. I mean there's this girl that sits next to me in my psych. class and she breathes so god damn loud!! Not only that but she is constantly shifting and making noise. Same thing happend to me at a movie theater, there was this fatty sitting behind me, and I could hear her huffying and puffying, why the hell do fat people breathe so damn loud and heavy, its annoying!!!!!! Sorry but I just got back form class and Im pissed off

I dont mean to sound like a complete dick, but why the hell do fat people make so much damn noise all the time....why the hell do fat people breathe so damn loud and heavy, its annoying!!!!!! ....

Overweight people have hearts and lungs that labor more to do their job due to the greater mass they carry and the lack of cardio/pulmanory fitness needed to do the job (hence why a big bodybuilder doesn't gasp and wheeze to breathe).

On top of that, many overweight people have such a high-fat intake that they have significant blockage of the lungs and sinuses with phlem. Constricted passages make more noise as air passes through them. Cutting fat intake and more cardio work does wonders for helping your respritory system say clear.

Actually many pro bodybuilders wheeze and gasp when going up even small flights of stairs. Their hearts and respiratory systems are taxed for a similar reason: because they have more mass on their bodies than their heart and lungs were designed for. Only in this case the excess mass is muscle and not fat.
