real world m-drol gains ?

Hi guys I was wondering how long gains last on this type of pmh, I have done AAS before and I tend to keep gains for a decent time training and eating properly, how phm gains do they last longer or shorter time, thanks.
 
I would say that with prohormones you don't get to hold the effects for so long. In any case - I would not use prohormones, since it is completely pointless these days. Back in the days prohormones had one advantage, and only one - they were legal to buy and use. However, they cause the same side effects as steroids do, and they are even more liver toxic. Yet, the results they provide are not as prominent as those you can get with steroids. Therefore, if you are ready to take on those side effects, it makes much more sense to go with steroids, which will give more results. If you want something legal to use, and safer in terms of side effects, SARMS are a much better alternative - they are legal to buy and use, and they will barely cause any side effects at all. They may not be as potent as steroids are, but this is the price you pay for not having to deal with so many side effects.

Therefore, it is best to choose between steroids, with prominent results and considerable side effects, or SARMS, with milder effects, but no undesired effects.
 
there is no rule or black and white answer to how much gains you can keep

generally though fast gains are harder to keep. the body wants balance. if you gain slowly over time you have a better chance of keeping gains.

this is why so many young guys hop on juice and spin their wheels
 
It is too hard to say because so much depends on how you eat and train as well as your PCT. I would probably go with SARMs over PH's though. They wont have the side effects and are more effective overall. Obviously the best results come from real AAS though.
 
Not keeping the majority of the gains you made on your steroid cycle is usually the result of:
1. Not running a proper PCT after your steroid cycle.
2. Not training and eating with the same intensity after the cycle as you did on cycle.


What put the muscle on the first place is what will keep it there after your PCT - HARD training and a high protein diet.
