Reading the women's forum for the first time.....

I just want to say.....I just started reading the women's forum yesterday to find some info for my wife. I have read all of your stickies and am very impressed with the knowledge that is present here. Between jenscats5, Daisy, Sassy I have already learned a bunch of stuff I didn't know. Just wanted to give props to these ladies and your board.


Now, down to business. I have some questions that only you women can answer for me. My wife wants to cut her BF down even more than it already is. I just want to see her happy with her body, so I am willing to help her all that I can. Little background....she is 21(I'm 22 if you're wondering), we have a 8 month old son(this is why she wants to cut her BF down more), and we both are fitness freaks. She lifts with me 6 days a week and we do cardio together in the morning and after lifting at night. Her problem is she has a patch of fat on her middle abs that will not go away as it seems stuck from being pregnant(muscles streched I think). I can get a hold of any AAS there is, but I don't want her to have to use any serious AS if she doesn't have to. Serious I mean anavar or primo. What I was thinking was....clen. I have a bunch on hand as I use it and know how to use it well, but the main concern from me is will clen mess with her birth control? We don't want any more children right now so birth control is a big deal. Stats for her....she is 5'6", 130lbs and pretty muscular for a girl. Muscular compared to girls I know anyway, I don't know any women competitors or anything so I consider her pretty muscular.

Anyway....long story short, will clen interfer with birth control?
 
What does her diet look like?
 
If she's already a fitness freak (as I had been for years & years) I'd say first look to the diet. Clen & all that other shit will not make up for a tight diet & if anything might complicate her life. Let's not go there just yet :)

First and foremost, I know how to diet for myself and how to bulk and lean up, but it's really hard for me to explain it to others and help them out. The bulking part I can tell, but the lean part is harder to explain. That's why I'm asking for help. :-)

Ok, I don't have all the numbers right now, but....

Meal 1: Oatmeal and a glass of milk(skim). 8ish

Meal 2: PB Sandwich. 10-11ish

Meal 3: Chicken breast, small salad. 1-2ish

Meal 4: Usually chicken, changes from day to day, usually some sort of pasta, we have yams a lot(I love them), never any desert.

Meal 5: PWO shake, sometimes tuna also. 930-1030ish

Not a perfect layout but that's about what she does everyday. She drinks only water, crystal lite sometimes, about a gallon a day.

-- Maybe get rid of the milk. Use Splenda, a bit of cinnamon ,etc for flavor - 1/2 c oatmeal

- The bread isnt' helping anything - probably lose this & replace w/ a real protein & veggie meal. Could include salad w/ flax oil & vinegar --- flax oil being the fat source. Or include some almonds.

-- also good, maybe a diff carb source than pasta, but probably ok

See my above comments. Its not far off - but I'd say that if she's looking to get over the hump, optimize it & stay consistent w/ that, maybe a cheat meal / week if you don't already do that.

To help w/ this, I'd have her / you put this meal plan or the selected meal plan into a food counts program like www.fitday.com to see how much she's really eating and also the macronutrient breakdown.

You might also look at doing some manipulation via carb cycling to get a kick start on the fat loss.
 
1 thing to add to Sassy's post, for meal 1, she should add in soe sort of protein, 6 egg whites, or 1 scoop of whey protein.
 
I agree with Sassy & 24k - try & clean up/tighten up the diet before adding in any AS....
 
Just my 2 cents but clen is not all it is cracked up to be I hate the sides as above peeps suggested tweak the diet first then if she still has that stubborn pocket fat around her midsction try yohmbiburn.
