I just want to thank everybody on here for being so nice and concerned for one another. I have not asked for advice yet. But, everything I've read on this site has helped me so much. I've been ADD since a young age but was recently officially diagnosed as an adult. I've been blessed with good genes and I've always had good results with a mediocre diet and decent workout routines. I've been struggling now that I'm 38 and I'm sure it's age catching g up to me.

Long story short. I've been on aderrall for about 2 months and damn this stuff is good. It helped me focus like 110% which was hard to do in the past. In the gym I was a beast and I noticed good result by only taking aderrall. Well the aderrall was wearing off because I've developed a tolerance to it so I stopped taking it because I did not want to get addicted. I was having a rough time in the gym without it until I joined this site. Reading all of your stories and advice has given me that extra drive that has been missing for a while. I'm currently reading the diet stickys and am in the process on getting on a good diet and training program before I start any cycle. Just wanted to say thanks. Sorry for the long post!

Adderall is an Intense drug and should be treated as one , it's nice to see you recognized a pattern of addiction and took course of action . I remember I gave adderall I try once, 40 Mgs a half hour before my workout, well I worked out for 4 hours. I was a machine, I then went home,
Cleaned my house, cleaned my bike, cleaned my truck, and did about 3
Loads of laundry. And then it all came crashing down. I was sketched out unable to sleep and felt like a had just come off a coke binder. That was the last time I used that. This is a wonderful site full of people willing to help so long as respect is shown and the willingness to listen and learn is there. Feel free to ask any questions you may have, there are some good over the counter pre workouts and supps that aid with cognitive function and focus . Just so some digging and see what appeals to you. Yeah man adderall is a scary drug that your body gets used to very fast then you want more. I do have ADD and it does help me with focus but I stopped taking it for working out and other recreational purposes. I now rely on my own motivation to get a good workout in. Thanks for the reply. I'm sure ill have lots of questions once I get this diet down.
