A guy in Britain has been sentenced to life in prison for "biological grevous bodily harm" he basically knew he had hiv+ and slept with at least two women (that have come forward so far), he also insisted on no protection, claiming he had a vasectomy. Both women are now infected.


Don't be scared, just be carefull.:)

The thing was that it was NOT casual sex. The man dated both women. The first one was his g/f whom he left after he infected her. The second one was having an affair on her husband with him (she also is a mother of two). When she left her husband for this man who gave her HIV he disappeared. Later she found out he was sick in the hospital. She had just found out she had HIV and was sick as well. She went to visit him @ the hospital, where she told him she had HIV. He acted as it was a surprise. Later she realized he gave it to her but she was quoted in the newstory saying "I still loved him even after knowing he gave it to me." That was really nutso. She pressed charges against him when she realized he was infecting others out of revenge.

The man is a father of three children. Hopefully they are HIV free.

In a way, I don't feel bad for the woman at all. She cheated on her husband with this man. This was a consequence of her cheating. She left her husband and her kids for this man. On the other hand I feel bad because she was intentionally infected by some sicko. At least now he will be stopped from infecting others.

This happened in San Francisco to although I dont know what the outcome of the court case was.. If i see the article again on yahoo I'll forward it
 
I hope the woman didn't go back and sleep with her husband after she was infected. She deserves what she got....he doesn't.
 
Ok this is a dumb q, but can someone get infected if they only swallow? I mean NO pentration (therefore technically "sex") but only blowjobs.

Let me clarify some more. I mean can the woman get infected if she swallows a guy's load? She doesn't have sex with him, just blows him and swallows his load.

That's fucked up. The guy intentionally infected other people with a deadly disease. You can't justify something like that. Its murder.
 
I think they can be infected if they give a bj....because semen comes out during a blow job. Body fluids are swallowed...unless they wear a condom? Same way with oral on a woman. Someone is swallowing someones body fluids.

You can only get HIV if you get infected blood or sexual fluids into your system. You can't get it from mosquito bites, coughing or sneezing, sharing household items, or swimming in the same pool as someone with HIV.

Some people talk about "shared body fluids" being risky for HIV, but no documented cases of HIV have been caused by sweat, saliva or tears. However, even small amounts of blood in your mouth might transmit HIV during kissing or oral sex. Blood can come from flossing your teeth, or from sores caused by gum disease, or by eating very hot or sharp, pointed food.

To infect someone, the virus has to get past the body's defenses. These include skin and saliva. If your skin is not broken or cut, it protects you against infection from blood or sexual fluids. Saliva can help kill HIV in your mouth.

If HIV-infected blood or sexual fluid gets inside your body, you can get infected. This can happen through an open sore or wound, during sexual activity, or if you share equipment to inject drugs.

HIV can also be spread from a mother to her child during pregnancy or delivery. This is called "vertical transmission." A baby can also be infected by drinking an infected woman's breast milk.


To re-emphasize, yes a woman can contract HIV from an HIV positive male who ejaculates in her mouth if she has open sores or cuts in her mouth and/or if she swallows his ejaculant.

Exactly , any possible route of ingestion is a risk , including ways that you may not be conscious of including weaknesses in the stomach lining/rectal passage.

The man was sentenced to life in prison for biological grevous bodily harm (US equivalent to manslaughter for having sex when you knowningly know you are HIV+ but do not tell your partner).

HE HAD SEX WITH TWO WOMEN WHOM HE DID NOT TELL HE WAS HIV+ TO. HE INSISTED ON HAVING UNPROTECTED SEX BECAUSE HE CLAIMED TO HAVE A VASECTOMY. HE WAS RIGHTFULLY INFECTING PARTNERS WITH HIV (POSSIBLY AS A FORM OF REVENGE).

The women didn't fucking sleep with him knowing he had HIV. He put his cock inside them knowning he had HIV. The women are innocent victims. Although Deborah (the one whom he last infected and mother of two chidlren) was having an affair on her former husband with the HIV+ guy. She suffers a lifelong consequence for cheating on her husband while she was still married to him. His other girlfriend was innocent.

Deborah, the woman who was having an affair, was quoted saying,"If he had been honest from the beginning I'd never have had an affair with him."

Nice thing to do, huh? Now he's paying the price while getting assraped in jail.

Bro , plenty of people take that chance , wouldnt u be pissed if some ho knowingly asked u to have unprotected sex knowing that she was carrying something. And when that thing could kill you ..... this woman will die , leaving behind her children , sure she's partly to blame but that's too much man....

What if that ho knew she had something but didn't tell you she had something that could kill you? She wanted to intentionally hurt you.

What if she suggested engaging in unprotected sex because she was on birth control, had her tubes tied or even had a hystorectomy?

What guy would turn down not using a condom when some girl suggests going without?

Not to question your sexual life but really ask yourself if you have NEVER had unprotected sex,not even once. Hopefully you haven't contracted anything if you have engaged in unprotected sex but something like this can happen to anyone who does not use protection.

Well i think we're straying from the topic here.
I have had unprotected sex before but in committed relationships where i knew the person. Perhaps it's naivete on my part but I think that I can judge a person's character pretty well. I've shied away from having sexual partners in the last two years cos of high standards. But I agree with u - its still a possibility.
 
Apparently the guy used to burst into tears after sex and say "Forgive me god, please forgive me" or something like that. He knew more than full well what he was doing. He pursued these women as well, not saying they are blameless, but this punishment doesn't fit the crime.

What would u have them do to him tuc? He's fucked ,he's leavin behind 3 kids and is gonna die miserable and alone in a cell... what more?
 
I actually meant that the women didn't deserve the punishment (the virus) they got, but just read my post back and I was unclear, sorry. The guy, who knows? he is clearly not fit to be in society, but surely he will be killed in prison in a fairly short space of time.
 
The woman who cheated on her husband AND TWO KIDS got what she deserved. I feel really bad about the other one, though. She clearly did nothing wrong (except listen to that asshole). It's one thing if you're in a relationship or married and cheat. It's a fucking another thing if you have KIDS. The irresponsible bitch deserves it.

The punishment for the guy should be what Kane did to Shane McMahon a couple months ago on Raw: Hooking up jumper cables to his nuts, and the other end to a live battery (preferrably in a car thats ON), and complete the circuit. Keep doing it until there's all kinds of burning flesh smells going on. My 2cc's.

If a person is otherwise healthy and receives proper medical treatment HIV is no longer deadly.
 
Well, I won't have sex without a condom, I know shit like this happens. I'm sure it happens all the time, but its difficult to prove.

However, these people did NOT become infected by engaging in casual sex. They were both dating the man who infected them at one point. So it can happen in relationships as well as it happened with these two girls.

Not to sound mean, but I also agree with this opinion!

The woman who had an affair got bit in the ass. She wronged her husband and family when she decided to screw around on them and as a result, was wronged by someone else. What goes around comes around and it did for the filandering wife. Not saying it's right, but that's karma for you!

As for the other woman, she is innocent and does not deserve such a penalty.

The dude is obviously wrong and will get his just punishment in jail.

The children are all unfortunate victims here.
