If he's smart, he'll spin this into a HRT kinda thing. He should get up in front of reporters looking all sad and embarassed, look at the cameras and say "Ladies and gentlemen, I never intended to gain an unfair advantage on the baseball field...but lately, Viagra alone wasn't enough to allow Little Raffy to hit a home run with the wife."
