Hey! Im was just browsing the net, came across this forum and tought why not just ask pros.

Im a skinny person... but i cant get rid of my stomach, still no 6pack :P
I'v signed up with the gym 3-4 times already(each 6months or over subscription)
But i get demotivated quickly, and i stopped EACH time after a short period (My record was 1 1/2 months).
You guys got any tips/tricks how to stay motivated and pull through?

Any help would be awesome!

Also if you guys got any hints about supplemets to see results faster to keep me motivated, would be great.

Is looking in the mirror and being dissatisfied with yourself not enough motivation?

Honestly think about it, do you really want to settle for less with ANYTHING in life especially if you're able to change the outcome?

Buddy you go to gym and left that in just a short time, Gaining no result... I think that you did not consult to a personal trainer and don't get the useful advice from him. This is the best one reason that you demotivated soon and got no result's out there....

Every time you stop is just making it that much longer to reach your goal.
Invision the physique you want and concentrate on it especially in the gym, you gotta push yourself. Other wise your just wasting your time and money

pick a programme ( starting strength or SL 5x5) stick to for a year , eat like a man and STOP WHINGING and looking for someone to spoon feed you and tell you what you already know you need to to

It's easy to stay motivated...

Just set some short-term goals that are reachable in a couple months and work from there. The goals could be as simple as trying to get to a lower body fat percentage, increased strength on major lifts, getting to a lower body weight. Do NOT just judge from the mirror.

Write your current stats down and take before pictures. In 2-3 months compare your weight/BF%/strength gains to your original stats and take some more pictures. Compare the two and you will be hooked.

The only way you will get results is eating healthy (avoiding too many carbs/bad fats etc.) and staying in the gym. Get a good Whey Protein and fish oils plus a multi-vitamin and you should be set. Eat only chicken breasts or baked fish, vegetables, 2 servings of fruit per day and oatmeal along with your Whey Protein for 2 months straight and you will be on your way.

Every 2 months take more pictures and compare them to the prior ones and you will undoubtedly have nice gains.
