I've been on this site since 2006 and have done lots of reading but other that turn some of my friends on to NTBM I have never really done anything. I know noobs always come on here and say "hey bro how can I get ripped" and the answer is diet and exercise so I know I will get flammed for asking this question but.....
Although I have never really been a muscle guy I took 1ad back in the day to jump start my fitness for one or two cycles and had great success which kept me going naturally for a number of years. Along came the wife and kid and new job and I fell off the wagon and put on some fat and got lazy. Over the last year I have tried to get going again but stop after a few weeks each time. I guess cuz I don't see a change or something else but I just can't seem to get going so I would like to start supplements and maybe something o kick me in the ass again. I know 1ad is gone but would anyone recommend something that I could take to supplement my diet and regular exercise just to help me out. I have read a lot on s4. I'm not trying to get big just some ideas. Thanks Any suggestions?
