What the latest time in the day to eat the final meal for that day? Im a med student and sometimes dont get into the gym until around 9pm, if at all.

There was a competitive bodybuilder and a really knowledgeable guy named lifterforlife who use to post on this board that would have his last meal at 2 am after his midnight workout and then go directly to bed. Train heavy, eat clean and don't go over your daily required maintenence level calories for the day and you'll lose fat just fine regardless of when you eat your last meal. Best of luck.
 
24 hour cycles people... Deal is to pack 6-7 meals in a 16 hours period (or so) just make sure you sleep your 8 hours as well...
