i'm sure there are some substances that will not go together and clot up the syringe a larger size will be needed but not sure what you mean when you say mix virtually anything!!!RADAR

Just don't make this mistake: mixing Primo with Prop---unless you like pain. I wont do that shit again....

Also, I found that mixing Ttokkyo Winny (H20 based) with an oil based AS injectable, actually keeps it from clogging up the needle. Just draw the oil based second so it passes through the needle first and lubricates the sides.
