Quick question about making my own ECA stack

hey. i wanted to make my own ECA stack because it's harder to find the American version of Xenadrine around here where i live. but first i have a few quick questions:
1- what dosage of each do i need?
2- is the aspirin necessary? is it less effective with just ephedrine and caffeine?
3- would you just take a thing of ephedrine, a caffeine pill, and an aspirin when you make an eca stack? what order do you take the pills in if it even matters?

25mg/Ephedrine
200mg/Caffine
125-325mg/Asprine
1-3 times a day

The asprise is not nessesary, I have used it both ways and really not found any diffrence.
3.Does not matter what order you take them in

Mustang hit it on the nose with the dosages. As far as the asprin goes, in studies it only really helped obese people (big fat barrell asses) due to lack of blood serculation in dence fat deposits. Asprin is a blood thinner which helps serculate the stimulants to fatty areas.
 
I know you asked about ECA stack but here are a few other supplements you could add and are cheep.
Apple cider vinegar..................500mg per pill.........2 before each meal.
Green tea................................300 to 600mg a day
L- tyrosine...................................500mg a day
citrus aurantim(synephrine)........100mg to 400 mg a day
(CLA)...........................................1.5 g a day


You don't have to do all of them, but but I would at least do the apple cider vinegar for the lowering of the blood preasure.
you know how ECA does sometimes.

The apple cider is not truly a fat burner. More of a fat transporter......... and it helps you detox your small intestines as well. Not as good as ECA but a good add on. And like I said, it helps lower your blood preasure. Thats the important thing.
 
Drop the aspirin. It is USELESS.
It actually lowers prostaglandin production leading
to a less anabolic environment. Thats prostaglandin
PGF2A btw......
And yes, i do realize it also lowers prostaglandin E1 production,
so the ratio of bad:good prostaglandins is always 1:1,
however IT STILL LOWERS THE GOOD prostaglandin.

The only 2 supplements worth adding to an
EC(notice no aspirin) are :

1. L-Tyrosine: 1g w/ your ECA dosage
2. Green tea(Standardized for 40% ployphenols): 2000mg/day

EC+Green Tea+L-Tyrosine = Best combination for increased
thermogenic output.

Some people choose to include Yohimbe HCL in pill form
to further increase the EC's lipolytic effect but that is
entirely up to you.
